I do too. I know how hard it is, to constantly be thinking about her to the point where you sleep all day to avoid the reality that she’s not there anymore, to try and numb yourself out with weed, pills, cocaine, alcohol. It’s a dark tunnel that feels endless and hopeless. Took me roughly 4 years to start feeling like myself again, couldn’t even get out of bed to shower or brush my teeth because who cares? Lost 30 lbs over her and my hair was long and matted, neglected..but then it clicked that if I gave up then the world won, that life beat me and that cannot happen, I have to prove it to her and other doubters that giving up is not an option and the only way to show you won and beat the battle is to be successful. It’s not easy it’s you vs you. And only you can pull yourself out of the mud and march forward like the soldier you are. Depression is real, and I can understand why people take their lives cause it seems so hopeless but time heals get busy get support from your close friends , I assure you there is light at the tunnel just don’t give up, it’s never worth it.
