I am stock at section K question 9. It doesn't accepts my entry and keep posting the error that I need to enter the job details, I did enter it multiple times and every time I tried to change something to see if it accepts it but it doesn't. Why could that be? And how do I over come this problem and proceed. This is the second job experience entry. Kindly advise. Thank yuo
If you received a case number on the confirmation email for the ETA Form 9089, it should also have a priority date. You can ask your attorney or employer if they have not given you that information yet. You can then go to the FLAG website flag.dol.gov/processingtimes, and scroll down to "PERM Processing Times." to see what dates are currently being looked at for processing as well as average processing times.

Can the employee check if the form 9089 is really submitted? Or are there ways to check if the case number is legit
