I work as a level one call center agent for CAGE so when you call the number at the bottom of the CAGE email you are calling into my department. I have never seen this end of the process from the customers end. The way you explain the email is better then how i have been explaining it in the past. also if you have question you can write those out on the email response and a CAGE agent can contact you back through email response directly.

Thank you for the video but I have a question my LLC have a physical address in Florida my cousin home because I reside in Canada will that be an issue?
What if your physical address is your home and I own not rent ?
They only requested a certificate of good standing from the secretary of state for me, waiting on the next email.

a. Signed and current property rental lease agreement
b. Signed and current virtual office lease/license agreement
I share a home with my parents. It is their home, the mortgage is under their name. I initially used this address as my business address. What would you suggest to do in this situation?
I have to update the address attached to my EIN. It's my old address. Should I call the IRS to update or wait for my email from SAM?

I was confused, I received an email requesting additional information about my address, but I didn't respond. The next day I received the email saying that my CAGE was successfully approved.
Do I need to do anything else? Is this normal?

It’s neither. Do you have a UEI?
Can you use a P.O. Box?

Not at all. It just means it’s not in their system. Continue the process and they will add it.
