Those are the band of the Bersaglieri.
Bersaglieri means "targeters" and where founded as a special force in the 1800s.
Physical endurance is one of their main assets, in fact they were specialized in BICYCLE attacks during WW1 and in general they run a lot...to the point that during the first month of CAR the recruits are allowed to walk only indoors on the base premises and must run whenever outdoors (true) 🤗

I can identify every branch/unit in the parade...Esercito, Marina militare, Guardia Costiera, Guardia di Finanza, Polizia di stato, Vigili Fuoco...
