I feel like this is really interesting and as a person with my own issues like any other human , i think its way more comfortable to not see a person and just talk to someone because personally im a introvert so just not having the presure of someone watching my ever move but knowing that theres someone to talk to and someone listening is nice . Physical and Mental health is as important as eating and drinking everyday. Stay health and look out for other we all need to help one another
