    • @InARoundaboutWay
      @InARoundaboutWay 5 лет назад +5

      Exactly. Saves me having to write that. There was also an irritating camera wobble with zippy zoom out at the start and wobble and crash-zoom in on the rear of the train after it's passed, that spoiled things a bit too. Just whip-pan the camera at the halfway point of the train passing. That's all that had to be done. Don't crash-zoom all over the place. Let the action do the talking.... At least just now and again.

    I love the Virgin Pendolino.
    In 2001, I was working at Milepost 92 1/2 which (I don't know if it is still active) is a Picture Library and Photography studio near Leicester that worked closely with the rail industry and I played an active part in publicising the Virgin Pendolino, Virgin Voyager and the Virgin Super Voyager by the production of the Virgin Trains 2002 calendar and the press release CDs of the Pendolino and Voyagers that were distributed by Virgin Trains and official ceremonies (usually train naming ceremonies) held at London Euston.

I wonder how they're able to tilt like this when the rail cars will be connected via Jacobs Bogies. I should have worked in rail technology instead of information technology lol...

      @The secular humanist Loco hauled trains are not inefficient. An extra coach can be added to cater for higher patronage at a minimum of cost, plus modern locomotives do not have poor acceleration, Class 68 for example, as used on TPE services.
