Great job Jami! That nest was pretty big! Bigger than the ones Lester took care of at the JL! Which I won't mention how he screamed like a little girl... oops I thought I said that in my head. 😂
That suckers big , he’s the size of a BIRD ! Had me rolling in laughter ! Jami was so brave ! I’m allergic to bees and wasp and I’m the one who has to dispose of them at our house so I was terrified when I saw the size of that nest ! She is so brave , call Stephanie she has a bee suit to wear !
You did great Jami!! You may want to wait until tomorrow to remove the nest. Any remaining wasp will return to it and the spray left on the nest will kill them too.
Oh Jami, those were mud daubers! Good job getting rid of them. Otherwise they will come back to the same place again. I know that, because we had them for 4 years and couldn’t find the nest!!! They loved hanging around our back door and dive bombing us when we went outside. I hated them! They’re the worst. You’re a brave woman 😊❤
Great work Jami! I always make sure that I use the kind that foam's up really good because it keeps them from swarming you. Don't knock the nest down and they won't return. I had one nest as big around as a grape fruit at the beginning of summer. I sprayed it, left the nest and not one wasp has made a new nest in the area. We have had bad wasps nest all year here too. Thank You for sharing. Much love from our family to your family 💞
1,2,3 Got 'em🎯🙂. Jami, you may want to rinse the spray off the polycarbonate. A couple years ago, I used raid and It distorted my clear poly and turned it milky white colored.
O.M.Word! 🤯🤯🤯 Ive never seen so many wasps 🐝 in one place before other than yesterday’s LHL video of Lester killing them in the hay box at J❤️L Ranch. That’s insane. You did good by not running or screaming.
Great job Jami. Yes you can spray single or group. You can spray in flight.Been there done it ! Raid is guaranteed to kill. Wasps attach Bees and Hummingbirds 😢. Respray the nest closer to meeting of top and side. Respray mess on ground . In a few hours remove the nest and BURN it ! White things in the nest are Eggs . Lightly rake the ground area , dispose of it and the ground should be fine next spring. Blessings 🙏🫶♥️🫶🙏
You did great Jami no screaming or running. I sprayed for them when we had our home. Now I live at an apartment complex never see them any more, 😅. But I do have a little patio full of bug and small spiders. So I need to get a can of spider spray , spray them and knock there webs down with the broom. They are even on my broom 😅😅😅.
I have one of those cans by my front door and my back door here in Colorado. Ours aren't that big but they're very aggressive. I've even been known to have one in each hand, dual fist fighting the wasps. God bless you all❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
😮 Glad you weren't stung! I'm very allergic and more than one sting I'm off to ER! I've been told to spray late into the day or evening when they are all in the nest and less likely to escape and even worse, sting! I've never sprayed a paper wasp nest. They are the worst! You are very brave Jami!
You need a bee keepers suit around just for safety sake. That’s a lot of little stingers. I was stung by a bunch of wasps as a child, and I almost didn’t survive. While I’m not typically allergic to stings, a lot of stings at once can kill you. Be careful out there Jami.
Great job Jami: here is a tip for your protection - NEXT time you attack a nest - wait til dark - when the wasps are asleep - to limit the amount of wasps that escape to attack you. Another tip: I accidentally stepped on a wasp nest - IN THE GROUND - who would have thought? & I emptied 3 cans of that spray - 1 can per day for 3 days in a row before I no longer saw a wasp return in that area…you are correct - they are mean as all get out - several years ago I went to move a basket outside on my back porch & wasps had made a nest inside - I got stung several times. I waited til dark, went out & slipped a large garbage bag over the basket, & flipped it over so fast & tied it shut - they were buzzing like crazy & let it sit til the following night, untied the top while they were asleep to a small opening & emptied a can of wasp killer in there - not a wasp escaped, tied it up & took it to a dumpster that night. They are awful.
I'm ANITA: Jami: I was scared for you! A LOT of Wasp! Sometimes; as children we can get stung by wasp or bee's and we're alright. In Adult Life we can get stung and become allergic to them. Weird I know! So True! Glad your Safe! Luv From Tenn. God Bless Y'all and God Bless All the Animals
Oh lodry. Nope I'm not it! You my dear, are way braver than me. That nest was Ginormous! ALWAYS carry 2 full cans. Last year I bought 2 double packs of that spray , just in case. Any bee or similar except honey bee or the big fuzzy ones are fair game. Wasp, hornet, yellow jacket and the horse flies from hell: dead to me. Title is correct, btw...Nightmares right there. Very real fear for me. GREAT JOB, JAMI!
I am highly allergic to wasp, bee, hornet, etc stings. I have depleted all my Epi pens this year. Just seeing them I experience sweaty palms and a bit of nausea - it's an automatic trigger since I have ended-up in the ER twice due to stings. Yet another reason to admire Jami even more. (I do spray their hives but from a distance. I purchase the long-range sprays.)
The reason you should spray that at night like I do, is so they are all home and dormant. When you spray during the day, many are not there and will come back looking for their home and then start making another one. Then you can knock it down. That’s why when Lester went to the ranch by the hay in the trailer, there was more.
You're so brave, Jami (Overkill) Walker! Sorry to say that the Earls & birds that eat those carcasses are really going to have a tummy ache before they croak (ok, the frogs, too) For future reference, the best time to spray , they say, is at night when all the hornets are in their nest. Perhaps a pre-emptive spray to deter nest-building is the way to go there in Texas where they obviously grow really large.
I am pretty sure lizzards don't eat wasps or hornets or yellowjackets. I had 20 yellowjacket nests around my pool. That was a nightmare and every time I sprayed and ran screaming they remembered me. They would wait for me to come outside and dive bombing me. I had to call an expert to get rid of them. She said they remember your face which is very creepy. I feel for you Jami!
Wasps kill caterpillars, larvae, worms, beetles etc (garden pests) for their nests and young. If they aren't in a door way I leave them alone for the good work they do in my garden. They've never stung me in 22 years at this house.
Over my last weekend, we had to go to four corners of the house because of the hornets nests! I've never seen such big nests in my life and hornets!!! We got it done and I have no regrets. You shouldn't either my friend.
I love you jami but you would be on your own, being allergic to what ye call yellow jackets but in Ireland they're known as a common wasp, I'm taking no extra chances of going into anaphylaxis to find out hornets want to kill me too! Lol
I learned something great about what to do if you get stung by a wasp. I got stung on my nose and read on Google to put ice and vinegar on the sting. I saturated a paper towel in vinegar and wrapped it around an ice cube. I held it on my nose until the ice melted. No swelling or redness. I wish I knew that trick earlier because I was always getting stung as a child.
We had a large nest/hive. Waited until late at night with flashlight. Sprayed almost entire can while they were calmer. Next night used tongs and disposed of nest.
She stands up extra straight, adjusts her pearls and walks tall. Nice work Jami!
Great job Jami! That nest was pretty big! Bigger than the ones Lester took care of at the JL! Which I won't mention how he screamed like a little girl... oops I thought I said that in my head. 😂
Lol
😂😂
Those wasps are HUGE.well. I guess it's true what they say about Texas.
I forgot about that video. I was thinking of Lester in the well house lol
🤣🤣🤣
Always at dusk Jami, when they are all home for the night!
That’s when I would do it!!!😮
Yes, that's the way to get them all.
"We're trying not to scream like girls and run!" 😂 Don't let Lester help then 😂🤣😂
lol 🤣😂
You did great Jami!! You may want to wait until tomorrow to remove the nest. Any remaining wasp will return to it and the spray left on the nest will kill them too.
You got this girl, that was a big one. Good job!
Very good job ❤
Oh Jami, those were mud daubers! Good job getting rid of them. Otherwise they will come back to the same place again. I know that, because we had them for 4 years and couldn’t find the nest!!! Jami, I haven't ever, in my life, seen so many wasps or hornets on one nest❗️You Go Girl❗️I'm proud of You❗️Nancy
Wasps are the Darth Vaders of the bee world! Good job, Jami!
Good morning Jami. Oh my goodness, you are braver than me! Wasps terrify me.
OMG, girl!!!!!!!!!!!! There were sooooo many wasps!!!!!!!!!!!!! Eeeekkkk! You're a brave soul!
You go girl! Great job Jami. Hopefully you got them all.
That was a good job, Jami 👍 Glad you got rid of the wasp nest 👍 Glad you didn't get stung 👍 God bless you 🙏🙏🙏
Everything is bigger in Texas. Good job Jami!

That's our Jami!!!!

Jami you are a very brave Lady!!! I don’t know if I could have done what you just did!!!!!👏👏👏👏👏❤️❤️❤️❤️
You are one BadA$s Lady. Amazing ! Blessings for a beautiful Sunday.
Love that you're taking yourself up
You go girl, you did that 🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤. I would have taken off running 😂😂😂😂
😮Holy moly, Jami, you're brave! Those are monsters haha.
That was a big nest! Good job!
I had to laugh when you said $hit, $hit, they're after me, shoot. You did a great job with the spray.
❤🙏🙏🙏👍👍👍😎😎😎⭐️⭐️⭐️. Good job Jaime. Thank you for sharing ❤❤❤
Can in both hands Jami, can in both hands! 🤣🤣
I’m glad we sorted it out together girl😂😂😂 I don’t think I could have done it without you 😂😂
Hats off to you Jami. I couldn't have done that.
you are too darn funny, but good job. You saved the day again!
Wow I've never seen wasps that big ,u were so brave jami xxxx
Earl isn't big enough to eat those monsters. I think its more likely the other way around. You saved Earls's lives
That was one big hornet's nest. That spray works amazingly fast, thank goodness!
I'm glad it worked and you weren't attacked. 😮

Lester should have bought a case or more of that spray :) It goes fast!
Good job Jami! So proud of you.

AGAIN...can't believe how many there are!!!!!!!!!!!!

What is wild is that while you are dealing with those black hornets in Texas, Alberta had a huge problem with Yellow Jackets this year!
Gives me the heebeegeebies .I'm so allergic .I spray and chant to them d-e with a few more colourful words in there P a little scream and run 😂
You got this girl. 😊
Wow 😫
I’m scared watching
Woah Jami. That's huge!!
I am highly allergic to wasp, bee, hornet, etc stings. I have depleted all my Epi pens this year. Jami ---remember once you spray them.....they are dead they just do not know it!
The reason you should spray that at night like I do, is so they are all home and dormant. Good job Jami, I definitely would have been screaming like a girl.
Jami you are braver than I am....I would not be able to go near that 😱💪 Great Job
Boy those wasp are gnarly , red wasp chase you and get revenge. I love the stuff you used, wouldn’t be without it! Your brave.😊
I tried remo ing a wasp nest once. Unlike bees who can only sting once and die wasps can chase you and sting you multiple times. BLESSINGS
I know everything's bigger in Texas, but what in the name of hybrid are those things??? 😮 YIKES!! GOOD JOB!!
SURE WERE!!!! That was scary as HECK!!!! 😯😯😯
I am pretty sure lizzards don't eat wasps or hornets or yellowjackets. I had 20 yellowjacket nests around my pool. That was a nightmare and every time I sprayed and ran screaming they remembered me. Make sure you knock the nest down or they’ll come back!!!
Good job Jami. Lester did scream a little when he did his. Lol
You dont need Lester there. All he's gonna do is scream like a little girl .😂😂😂😂😂😂
Earl won't eat stinging critters..............No way.........
You can bet there was eggs in that nest to watch for them to hatch or knock it down and get rid of it.
Good for you.
I’m sure Earl 900 will be just fine. You’ll see him in a few minutes and he’ll be just straight.
Wasps kill caterpillars, larvae, worms, beetles etc (garden pests) for their nests and young. If they aren't in a door way I leave them alone for the good work they do in my garden. They've never stung me in 22 years at this house.
Paper wasps aren't usually aggressive. Beware the red wasps, hornets and yellow jackets. Good job.

You're brave Jami. Might have been better if you'd not done it when you were by yourself just to be on the safe side. ❤
I had your back Jami. Only in prayers though. If i was there i would hzve helped you spray.
Brave Jami! But this is what husbands are for!
That's what they do especially when it's warm love youll
Good job, Jami! I hate spraying for wasps I'm deathly allergic😬.
Were those your boots on the ground? If you were barefoot, you are VERY brave!😅
I learned something great about what to do if you get stung by a wasp. I got stung on my nose and read on Google to put ice and vinegar on the sting. WooWoot ‼️ Great job 👏
Great job.😅😊❤ ❤
We had a large nest/hive. Waited until late at night with flashlight. Sprayed almost entire can while they were calmer. Next night used tongs and disposed of nest.
Good morning Jamie awesome job😮
Yikes...spray works temporarily but get someone with a suit to remove the nest
Remember to knock that nest down .
Well done Jami I couldn’t have done it xxxx
OMG! HOW did you NOT notice that Big nest 😮.
Hate those buggers😮
Jami, you did great. Lester screamed like a girl.😅
Good Sunday Morning ❤️
Oh Jami I love you!!!🤣 you should hear me when I kill the wasp nest that love to get up on the eves of my house 🤣🤣😢💞
Jami you did it you killed those swaps
Good job 👏👏
Insert anxiety song here lol
Omg be careful that is a lot Jami 😳 😮😮
I heard that painting the underside of eaves blue will keep wasps from making nests there. I don't know if it is true though.
Way to rock it Jami
Sweet baby Jesus that's a lot of wasps!! eeek!!
Better to spray when cooler
I would have waited until dark then got them while they were all on the nest etc. but good job none the less!
