Thanks! When you said “ Going with the flow is dead”, you spoke to me! I recently came into the realization, that I’m guilty of just going with the flow. I’ve felt like if it was something that I didn’t too much care about or to keep the peace…I was the just go with the flow type, but I’m learning that I need to be more vocal. It’s not being difficult by expressing what you truly want. I don’t have to sacrifice my wants or needs to constantly pacify the needs of others, because I deserve too!
Brii, this message is spot on! As a 26 year old I try to remain consistent and lately I have been loving myself more than ever after spending so many years being mistreated and depressed. I feel it’s hard to get others to love me the way I need to be loved. I pour so much into others and don’t receive the same. Like you said Boundaries are needed and I tend to go back and forth when drawing the line…your message makes me want to step it up, thank you 💕🦋
THIS! girl it's like I am looking in the mirror, this is what I have been going through and I finally said enough is enough. I am not loving myself correctly because I am allowing myself to be treated poorly, when I know I am a dime plus 99! I had to truly look into my own mirror at home and speak life over me because I devalued myself and allowed others to do the same and never spoke up. I did not know my OWN worth! now I am truly loving me from the inside not just the outside... you know getting my hair and nails done but loving what is within me and it is showing on the outside BEAUTIFULLY!!!

Lately I have been doing a “top 3” things for the day when it comes to goals… rather it’s big thing or even small things that lead to the big goal.. But just 3 things make me feel less overwhelmed to do them and it has actually helped me get ish done on the regular lol
