@@vi5360 coffee/tea can inhibit vitamin and mineral absorption. I was anemic for a year and hair was falling out even though I was taking every supplement known to mankind. Meanwhile I was getting through 4-6 black coffee/teas a day. Health improved dramatically after cutting down.

Emma has mentioned she has IBS. Emma: I can suggest some tweaks for your diet and some herbal teas that will immensely help with that! Raw foods (salads, sushi, i know you adore sushi! I’m sorry ! ) in general are very difficult to digest. It’s best to stick to warm, cooked foods whenever possible. I know you love coffee. To offset the acidic nature of coffee you could add ghee (lactose free butter )or coconut oils MCT to make the coffee easier on your tummy. You could also drink ginger tea all throughout the day and you’d greatly improve your ability to digest and break down your foods. Love you Emma!!! 🫖💚

she said there’s a lot of reasons to not move there unfortunately :/ have to keep in mind that there’s a lot of business opportunity’s & connections in LA which is most likely a big reason for her not wanting to move since her career is basically her having to be in LA. going back and forth taking flights would probably be a lot as well. I’m sure she has her reasons but hopefully someday she’ll be able to get out of there to better her mental health :)

Video idea, hear me out, buy some of those stand alone clothes hanger things (ya know those things made of metal poles and sometimes has wheels) and turn your living room into a clothing store. And shop in it. Only return the stuff you’d actually buy again to your closet, And then have friends over and they can bring clothes they don’t want and you can do a clothing exchange.

The water in New York is "soft" because it has a low concentration of ions, lack of minerals and a greater concentration of sodium. Compared to Los Angeles, you won't see a chalky buildup on you water faucet or a cloudy glass of water. On the upside, soft water will help hair look smoother and shinier.

Maybe it’s not just the water that’s changing Emma’s skin but also the fact that she’s less stressed and a lot outside in New York, she just seems genuinely happy

I googled it for you Emma lmao the water in LA is considered “hard water” because it is more dense with minerals salts while the water in New York is “soft water” because it has less of this is is more “pure” in a sense. Also apparently LA water is terrible for your hair and causes dryness and brittleness in it. So girl collect that water and take some back with you to LA lmao
