Try stay away from caffeine as much as you can.
My mother prob have the 'leak gut' or when the sack 'comes up' which can make her throw up.
Like, the food just won't go down.
However she is soon 73 and have had a bunch of shots (3) + seasonal.
    I warned her.

      Do the carnivore diet.
Endometriosis will be gone in less than a year.
The carbohydrates you eat are f▪︎cking you up.
Live endo-free, have some kids, live a full life.
Keto works too but it takes more time to treat the Endometriosis.
Carnivore is the way to go.
