The little spider starts crawling away, when he finds himself in a cave. He sees three shiny triangles, who seem to belong to a little square. He decides to steal them. Later on he gets infected with a wierd pink stuff. A sort of corruption. The little square helps him. He goes back to the player and stays with them. Every time I try, I lose it at either Undertale or Hopes and Dreams, both so beautiful songs accompanied with probably the most emotional parts of the game. 5 years ago, I would've never thought that a pixilated game could make me cry, care, and feel so much.

This hits close to home. One kid at my old school really liked undertale. He was always morbid and didn't really talk to anyone. Then I decided maybe if i got to know him i would like him. Turns out i really did. We became really good friends. We got through bad times together and had great times hanging out. We kinda bonded over undertale. Then one day he hugged me. He told me after that he's never hugged anyone like that before or made a friend like me. Now he moved to Callifornia. I didn't even get to say good bye, so this is my goodbye. Thanks for being a great friend. Edit: no the bad times thing was not intentional. Also, he didn't have a phone at the time so I never got his phone number. I don't even know what part of California he moved to. Also, the teacher at my old school retired and probably wouldn't even remember him anyway so I can't ask her.
I had to move away from my bff we were best buddys threw 1 grade to 2 grade but then i moved we make a lot of art together i told her i had to move and she was so sad i was to but one day we might see eachother again she was super nice though....

there is a channel called: Man on the internet. he made kind of an series of "Undertale: the Musical". not an actual musical, but all the songs get lyrics there and funny/cool transition scenes between them. he concluded everything in a video over FOUR HOURS, and he also made an EXTENSION of ANOTHER hour, called "Undertale; the Genocide Package". In my Opinion definitely some of the best videos of undertale on youtube!
I was OBSESSED with this when I first came across it in the height of my Undertale phase, it's just so well done. Every single track is just amazing, I honestly wish this was on Spotify because I would listen the hell out of it. And I've recently come across this again and it's STILL as good as it was, when I had even downloaded the entire video just so I could listen to it on road trips and the like. I remember showing this to my family, and they don't know Undertale but they enjoyed this. This is truly a timeless masterpiece even for those who don't play or know about Undertale, that's just how well done it is 👏
I never realized how great Alphys Takes Action is. I know it's a fan made track, but it does feel like a scientist has decided to stick up for their morals and take action to protect their beliefs. Pretty cool if you ask me.

Okay so a week ago my nephew was born and he was named Azriel. My sister has no idea what that means for me but she's happy that I get happy everytime she talks about lil' Azzy.
I don't mean to rain on your parade at all, but the thing about naming a kid Azriel is the name "Azrael" which is one of the world's deadliest demons out there. "Asriel" is also an anagram including Dreemurr which means Serial Murderer. So, even though I'd be happy about it too, it's kinda considered a curse. Make sure Azriel doesn't turn into Flowey. ;)
Back a year ago in the pandemic when my country was incredibly heavy in lockdown, I was in online school. It was hard to focus, but I listened to this video several times a day while doing my schoolwork (only some classes required going into google meets, and only for a certain amount of time). Thank you for that, I don’t think I would’ve made it through the year.

Undertale may not be the most action packed, it may not be the easiest to understand and it may not look near as good as most games, but to me it will always be the deepest most lesson teaching, most heart wrenching, and most unforgettable memorable game I have and ever will play. Stay determined

There's the actual gameplay mechanics, music, character development, and much more. The fandom wouldn't be as huge as it is if the game wasn't THAT good. Hey Sully! Just wanted to let you know that I've been listening to your work for a very long time now, and this video remains one of my biggest comfort sources. School has never been easy, home life is hard, blah blah blah... Undertale was one of the _biggest_ things to get me through it. Toby Fox is a master of many things, and you added an incredible amount of emotion into all of it. Some of my favorite parts include the beautiful and simplistic orchestration of Once Upon a Time, the artful, melancholy tension build to Heartache, and my all time favorite... Flowey's Finale! The melody and overall _emotion_ in this piece has always hit me right in the ribs, and I hold it very dearly. 33:35 leads into some of my favorite seconds in this entire thing! Your use of tempo changes, tone, subtle melodies and hints, and overall swells/crests make your takes on some of my favorite songs even better than before; that's pretty impressive! If I ever have a child I will get them a music box with his theme to help them sleep and stuff. then when he's old enough I'll let them play undertale and watch they're face when they hear it in game. Even if they don't remember the theme from their music box it will probably make them even more emotional then we were.

It's 2020. Undertale has just celebrated it's 5th anniversary. A video made by a fan of the game pops up in your recommended. You click, and all the memories come flooding back. Laughing at papyrus, Screaming at undyne, Crying with asriel. You finally remember why you loved the game so much all those years ago. You pick up the disk case and put it into your computer. You're still standing in front of Undyne's cave. After playing for 2 hours and stopping to go to bed, it's your favorite pastime. Playing by day, Sleeping by night, And waiting out the pandemic. You tell your friends about the game, and everyone starts talking about their love for it. After lots of trial and error, crying and laughing, you reach the end. After the credits, you find Toby Fox's PO box. You write a letter and attach a drawing to it, then send it his way. Thank you for Undertale. It touched so many hearts, of children and adults. Your own work, it's a masterpiece of a game. Thank you, Toby Fox. And... Happy Anniversary, Undertale.

I wish more than anything else that I could play Undertale for the first time again. I was somehow lucky enough to be able to play it the first time without spoilers. It was amazing.
You know, these last two weeks I've feeling very sad, even smiling has been an effort for me lately. My dad died recently and I feel at school all my friends don't really need me, for example we're walking and all of them start talking in small groups and I don't even know what to do. Sometimes at school I just wanna cry and dissapear. So I thought a little of Undertale music could fill me with determination, and it did! Thanks for this awesome playlist! :)

It's 2022.. Undertale has had it's 7th anniversary Thank you Undertale for being a part of my childhood and being the main reason I started to draw. I'm thinking of applying to an art school because of how much I have progressed. Undertale will always have a special place in my heart.

@@txbandit101 hey just because people ship charisk or frans or even soriel doesnt automatically make them bad........... there's plenty of pople out there myself included that ship pairs like charisk but prefer to stay away from all the............... *erhem* "questionable" material revolving around them save for a few relatively nicely done comics/fan series namely ask mercy and another little half hour or so thing done by i believe it was starbot dubs both of which are actually pretty decently done charisk fan series that show not all parts of the fandom are bad............ its just like the great papyrus himself says: "anyone can be a good person, if they just try" and tibia honest the way you worded it its as if you were putting all of the undertale fandom in 1 pile and lableing it as bad regardless of their intentions......... lets not forget other phenominal fan series out there made by the fans (3 different incarnations bare minimum of a musical themed after undertale, a multitude of great fan series/comics such as glitchtale and underverse just to name 2)
Man, I am so glad I didn't discover Undertale's majesty till February 2021, because enough time has passed and there is now just an endless fountain of art to participate in, listen to, and enjoy.

I just gotta say that undertale is an inspiration for me. I love the characters, I love the plot and all the drama, I love all the mechanics of it. It truly is a masterpiece of game programming. I mean, having consequences to your actions is normal in real life, but not commonly seen in video games. You kinda get in trouble for what you do in certain games, but other than that you can basically do whatever you want. Now, make a game around that fact that you will pay if you do anything wrong, but rewarded if you do right I think is truly a revolution in gaming that is solely single player. I love it when everything goes right and you get to see the good side in everyone, and keep the geno route as a reminder what can happen when you let those negative feelings and urges take over simply because you believe that there are no consequences. I hate seeing other players go on and destroy the world of Undertale, because I see the characters that I have grown to love suffer and die. I think Undertale is a perfect example that you should stay kind and true to your core, even when you think that it's "just a game", as it might not always turn out the way that you think it is. after a few years of playing the new hit games, you go scrolling through youtube to find some nice music, then, just like a brick wall of nostalgia, the word "undertale" comes into your mind. you scramble to type it into the search bar, and a minute or two of searching, you pick something, as you listen to song after song, remix after remix, the memories flood back into your head... meeting flowey hugging toriel laughing with sans and papyrus running from undyne being trash with napstablook having fun with monster kid anxiety with alphys quiz shows with mettaton fighting asgore crying with asriel all of these wonderful characters, all with their own identity and experiences. as you remember these wonderful times, a smile grows across your face. but something stops it from being a complete happy moment... will you fight them? will you spare them? the choice is yours in this world, and choices have consequences... the memories of genocide fill your mind, twisting it, tainting it. no matter how many times you reset. no matter how many times you forget and remember. you killed them. you killed and spared these wonderful monsters. these people have died by your hands. but as long as you look on the bright side maybe someday you will be forgiven. as you close your laptop, you remember that even though it's just a game... the experiences are real. thank you all for these wonderful years.

As I'm listening to this orchestral remix, I'm imagining a huge modern dance when in between the songs a main dancer plays dressed up as an undertale character suited for a specific scene in moder dance form and dances with backup dancers. Frisk being the main character at the whole remix.

It's been almost 4 years, but that hasn't changed anything. The overhype and fanbase killed undertale for everyone but the few people who can look past that to see this for what it is; an eternal work of art that consists of good times and bad times, emotions and laughs, friends and enemies, love and loss, hello's and goodbyes, reward and regret, but most importantly, the memories. If you enjoyed this game, you'll never truly forget it. That's one thing the true fans will have in common even decades later. We'll remember the characters, the music, the laughter, the tears, the DETERMINATION. This game changed my life. This game is why I'm glad I was born when I was.
42:15 This part of His Theme is so incredibly powerful. The quiet, tranquil innocent rhythm finally hits it's climax with a steady march. As if no amount of sadness, hatred, or grief someone could muster could ever hope to stop the love, kindness, and determination of a dear friend reaching out to save them.
When I was just starting secondary school, this was the only thing that would help me finish my homework. Now, I'm going off to University, and taking the nostalgia, memories and incredible music all with me. Thank you Sully Orchestra, for saving my grades, and giving me DETERMINATION to keep going!

I've never commented before, but now that I've finished my MA thesis I can thank you for this amazing medley: it stayed with me during all these long days and months of writing, swearing and tearing. Every time I listened to Death by Glamour I danced on the chair, every time I listened to Megalovenia I was filled with determination and was able to rewind and go for another round of writing-swearing-tearing-and writing again. So, I just want to say thank you :)

This hits close to home. One kid at my old school really liked undertale. He was always morbid and didn't really talk to anyone. Then I decided maybe if i got to know him i would like him. Turns out i really did. We became really good friends. We got through bad times together and had great times hanging out. We kinda bonded over undertale. Then one day he hugged me. He told me after that he's never hugged anyone like that before or made a friend like me. Now he moved to Callifornia. I didn't even get to say good bye, so this is my goodbye. Thanks for being a great friend.
Edit: no the bad times thing was not intentional. Also, he didn't have a phone at the time so I never got his phone number. I don't even know what part of California he moved to. Also, the teacher at my old school retired and probably wouldn't even remember him anyway so I can't ask her.

he made kind of an series of "Undertale: the Musical". not an actual musical, but all the songs get lyrics there and funny/cool transition scenes between them. he concluded everything in a video over FOUR HOURS, and he also made an EXTENSION of ANOTHER hour, called "Undertale; the Genocide Package". In my Opinion definitely some of the best videos of undertale on youtube!

I was OBSESSED with this when I first came across it in the height of my Undertale phase, it's just so well done. Every single track is just amazing, I honestly wish this was on Spotify because I would listen the hell out of it.
And I've recently come across this again and it's STILL as good as it was, when I had even downloaded the entire video just so I could listen to it on road trips and the like.
I remember showing this to my family, and they don't know Undertale but they enjoyed this. This is truly a timeless masterpiece even for those who don't play or know about Undertale, that's just how well done it is 👏

Back a year ago in the pandemic when my country was incredibly heavy in lockdown, I was in online school. Hey Sully! Just wanted to let you know that I've been listening to your work for a very long time now, and this video remains one of my biggest comfort sources. School has never been easy, home life is hard, blah blah blah... Undertale was one of the _biggest_ things to get me through it. Toby Fox is a master of many things, and you added an incredible amount of emotion into all of it. Some of my favorite parts include the beautiful and simplistic orchestration of Once Upon a Time, the artful, melancholy tension build to Heartache, and my all time favorite... Flowey's Finale! The melody and overall _emotion_ in this piece has always hit me right in the ribs, and I hold it very dearly. 33:35 leads into some of my favorite seconds in this entire thing!
Your use of tempo changes, tone, subtle melodies and hints, and overall swells/crests make your takes on some of my favorite songs even better than before; that's pretty impressive! Thank you _so_ much for your work. I... do not know where I would be without it.

I am struggling with my studies right now and this music calms me a lot. This is indeed one of the best soundtracks I have heard and everytime I listen to this, I am filled with determination.
I just discovered Undertale late last year because my favorite RUclipsr streamed it but I instantly fell in love it. The fandom is just so wonderful and everything about it sparks my creativity.

I just gotta say that undertale is an inspiration for me. I love the characters, I love the plot and all the drama, I love all the mechanics of it. It truly is a masterpiece of game programming. I mean, having consequences to your actions is normal in real life, but not commonly seen in video games. You kinda get in trouble for what you do in certain games, but other than that you can basically do whatever you want.
Now, make a game around that fact that you will pay if you do anything wrong, but rewarded if you do right I think is truly a revolution in gaming that is solely single player. I love it when everything goes right and you get to see the good side in everyone, and keep the geno route as a reminder what can happen when you let those negative feelings and urges take over simply because you believe that there are no consequences.
I hate seeing other players go on and destroy the world of Undertale, because I see the characters that I have grown to love suffer and die. I think Undertale is a perfect example that you should stay kind and true to your core, even when you think that it's "just a game", as it might not always turn out the way that you think it is. Shout out to the creators of Undertale! I think you are amazing!

I have to finally comment on this video. I have been listening to this to do college homework for about a year and a half now. I can't even imagine how many times I've heard this all the way through, and it sounds just as amazing as the first time I listened to it.

As I'm listening to this orchestral remix, I'm imagining a huge modern dance when in between the songs a main dancer plays dressed up as an undertale character suited for a specific scene in moder dance form and dances with backup dancers. Frisk being the main character at the whole remix.

It's been almost 4 years, but that hasn't changed anything. The overhype and fanbase killed undertale for everyone but the few people who can look past that to see this for what it is; an eternal work of art that consists of good times and bad times, emotions and laughs, friends and enemies, love and loss, hello's and goodbyes, reward and regret, but most importantly, the memories. If you enjoyed this game, you'll never truly forget it. That's one thing the true fans will have in common even decades later. We'll remember the characters, the music, the laughter, the tears, the DETERMINATION. This game changed my life. This game is why I'm glad I was born when I was.
This game will be remember for generations.

I've never commented before, but now that I've finished my MA thesis I can thank you for this amazing medley: it stayed with me during all these long days and months of writing, swearing and tearing. Every time I listened to Death by Glamour I danced on the chair, every time I listened to Megalovenia I was filled with determination and was able to rewind and go for another round of writing-swearing-tearing-and writing again.
