Our main focuse on RUclips was to help bring awarness to gay families and the obsticals we face in a country that doesnt want to include us in their concept of Family Values. Awww, you guys! Like you we are also both I would say very similar. Dane my husband is very calm and at times meek. When we first got together I was a rowdy guy. Throughout our 8+ years together he has become the ying to my yang in every aspect. Your openness to share your life is absolutely amazing and very much appreciated.

Jay and Bryan, I can't thank you enough for being so open and sharing about your personal life. What you're doing is so important in showing those people who don't have any gay friends or family that we fall in love, make commitments, and build lives together just like everyone else. Maybe that will prevent a few more from trying to equate us all with pedophiles. And, younger gay kids need to know that it's possible to find someone to love for a lifetime and that there will be arguments.
From 4:00 onwards is so cute I almost died... You guys are obviously meant to be, and you are an absolute inspiration to me. I want what you have one day, a man and a family of my own... All the best for the future...
Dude, I just cried. I don't usually cry. Not that I find it a sign of weakness, but don't find enough reasons to cry, usually. But your story, beside being beautiful, reminded me of something I haven't had for a long time: the feeling of being deeply attracted (or however you wanna call that step before "being in love") to someone. I live in an environment where I'm "weird" to gay people and gay people is very stereotypical, so we don't like each other pretty much, nor share interests, values, likes or whatever so it's been a long time since I'm not deeply interested in someone.
And dude, it's so bad dates are old-fashioned. I love the concept of dating, but it's nearly impossible to get a date in my country nowadays, people feel it's an "old men's thing"... but I love your story, specially how it starts. So natural, no Internet, no forced meetings, no asking everything before it happens, just how it should be...
This was very cool to listen to. I enjoyed it very much. Even from the videos I could tell Jay is more extroverted and Bryan has always seemed more reserved. Thanks for sharing!

The way Bryan rolls his eyes sometimes makes me giggle! As a twice divorced mother of 3 girls, I dream of one day having the type of loving supportive relationship that you two have and I pray that my girls have as much happiness. I've always raised them with the sure knowledge that now matter what their orientation or gender identification I would always love them and support them and their partners.Your family is beautiful and I wish you all the best.

Thanks for the post...My partner and I have been together for 25 years. I think the elements that have kept us together is Love, respect, and exceptance. We dont have the law to keep us together which makes are union even stronger. We dont have to stay together we choose to...Thanks guys and keep up the strong relationship.

I loved to hear your story and quite frankly...I want to hear MORE! More details! More stories! Trust me you probably don't have to request people to watch your 2nd video too. You should be worrying about people complaining that there's not enough! ;P But seriously, if you're willing, I would like to hear more about how you guys met, dated, and fell in love. I love hearing about these things lol. If not, that's cool. I know it's a personal thing. Either way loved hearing about you guys!
I'm greatful you guys still keep these videos up as I'm trying to figure out whether I'm an android or a person.
I'm still dying, combusting inside. Still coming to terms with my confuscius, asian (robotic), christian environment and how peace and living out my true self can work out in a jobless debt. I'm a dude, but it's not that I want what's between people's legs either. As you can tell, very conflicting feelings on all this.
Sometimes it's extremely hard to not to talk about any of these ideas to people I can interact with on a daily basis outside of help phones and monthly appointments. I'm sure things will work out even though I have no job after being a failure to the family with at least a college degree and no idea how money works.

I just saw you and your son on CNN. What a smart kid you two have raised! I have been with my hubby since 95 so we are heading toward 17 years together. I applaud you guys. It's hard to deal with the fighting which is really important in any relationship. I'm dealing with that right now in my fairly new relationship, How to fight properly, its like you need to draw up rules of engagement which is really hard when you are in the middle of something heated.
I also hope I find love like this. After spending 4 years in unrequited love with another guy, videos like these give me hope that there might be someone out there for me.
My partner and I have been together for 15 years and we also started out as just friends. Actually we started out as just roommates. Nothing sexual but we dated other people and we were friends and would go to clubs etc.. Over the course of a year I began to fall in love with him. I broke down on New Year's eve and told him how I feel. I used the "Ross and Rachel" story from Friends. He was shocked and felt the same way. It was weird for a few months but we love each other! :)

I have never had a relationship like yours...I guess I was never really willing to compromise. But, at least I knew that about myself. Seems that love from the first sight is not always a rule for a long lasting relationship. I have a friend who didn't have a crush on her boyfriend at the beginning It kind of grew with time. Your story seems to confirm that pattern. I tend to be a romantic person who believes in destiny and that special feeling you get when you meet that person which makes you nervous and makes your heart beat faster. Hey guys. I don't know which one is your latest video but I have something great to share with you and your family. Yesterday Dec.28 the Governor of Tierra Del Fuego, the near Antartic Province of Argentina married the couple that was denied access to marriage in Argentina, making Tierra del Fuego the next jurisdiction after Mexico City to have Same-sex marriage. This is great, I live in Puerto Rico and I love this is now happening in Latin America.
