His Neo Max does 255 damage. If I take the route that is shown in the video, the damage at the end of HD mode is 14 + 108 + 9 + 5 + 5 + 120 + 14 making it 275 damage, which is 20 more damage. :D

I'm not a FG expert, but as far as I remember, "buffering" happens when you enter an input for a move during another move's animation. The second move will be performed immediately after the first one ends (I think) - for instance, you start mashing P and then do a half-circle move before the "mashing P" move's animation ends. It's not exactly canceling a move with another move, more like "hiding" a move in another move. I hope I'm not full of shit right now.

Those don't exist in KOF. Most of these combos only work if you're on your last character, plus the execution required is insane.
