Seascape Inn, Baloy Beach is a hotel located on Bo. Barretto in Olongapo City , Zambales , Philippines.
In this area , the water is clearer compared to the beaches beside it. The apartment were great and the staffs are really approachable. Prices are negotiable. There are no water activities here, but this is a good place for you if you want to laze around since the place don't have too much people. Very good place to relaxing , peaceful and quite.
