Great video bro... Your Ark videos are 🔥 and it's Ark Evolved. To be honest, I really don't feel the Ark Ascended vibes. I tried, butttt yeah somehow I feel the old Ark is better and great to see it's still gold😁
It really has to be said, no matter if the video was entertaining or not, Paper decided to play it in his way and made it far more grindy, which is far away from Omega "should" normally play. You do you, but this Is Omega a grind at times? Yes. Should you use a tracker to hunt down very specific creatures and only focus on those? No. If you start doing that, then you'll end up doing a dino wipe every time you can't find anything you want on the map. He was clearly given the advice to go for Spirit, just because of its big bang attack, and it's concerning how many people still advice this. Spirit is strong, yes, but it is a very slow killer. If you don't kill in a single shot, you're just waiting. The mod has SO many other amazing creatures, Uniques, and hybrids, which will make your playthrough far more enjoyable, without forcing you into a grind and a singular direction. I'm surprised no one mentioned the dimensional jellyfish to you as it would made farming any creature in the entire game a breeze with its unique saddle. Just flying around going zaaap and killing tons of creatures. It didn't seem like there was a single mention of magic find, for increased item drop rate, in the entire video and probably also the reason why he barely got any quests, whenever he showed his quest tab. These tabs should be FULL of quests at the point of his progress, midway through the video. And because of this you get the frustration from feeling like you can't progress more, because you're stuck in a single minded "only these creatures will do" type gameplay. All of this, bundled with a whole lot of misinformation(or being oblivious on how to do/get certain items/use certain items) through out the video kinda made me sad watching it, as it would definitely discourage some people from playing it.
Thanks for the input, well put together! In the end it's about our torment and journey, everyone will have a different playstyle however they choose to proceed throughout the mod. We barely looked up anything when jumping into this so we were literally new to this lol. We are usually on a tight time-schedule and planning to record as a duo with busy schedules limits us from experimenting and diving deeper into a mod which puts us on a big time restraint and the goals really only give us a handful of paths. The mod is very well put together and I love it, but I wish I had more time exploring it and 100 days really doesn't do it justice.
Definitely the reason those bosses were so Strong you had more than 88 points into Melee. Once you go over 88 points the bosses become stronger. But that was one heck of a 100 Days! ❤❤
ASE Omega has so much more content right now. Just watching the video makes me want to go back to the chaos it was, so ASA Omega can have more time to cook :)
Sometimes mods are like that, we've noticed its mostly just that on ASE mods, ASA mods are more calmer than this which is kinda meh imo. I love chaoticness
Yall do taming the hard way, we build a giant pillar cage in a nice spot by are base that can fit any type of dino, Then put tranq turrets in it set then to stop when creature is out. Then you put a teleporter in the center of the cage and carry one with you. You find what you are looking for kite it to the teleporter back to the cage run out through the pillars then the turrets knock it out ... EZ PZ. Better than dying 40 times trying to tame one thing

@@papervidz you need to make a new character when you start on a server otherwise it uses a character thats already there. even when you change a overhaul mod. had that from The Hunted to Omega myself
what i know yo can pick up item on G in omega moddet ( oh you get more drops if you are on foot to kill dinos and get stronger whiff set gear and how maney dinos you kills)
I think I've watched about 7 different youtubers challenge the 100 days in ark omega and in every single one the spirit trilobite is what is used to kill bosses. It get so repetitive with everyone copying each other. Why cant different dinos be used. I watch every single ark omega 100 days hoping for a youtuber to beat the game using a cool dino that summons black holes or summons an army of bees, why is it always this trilobite. I get it its strong but i would love to see a youtuber switch it up for once. No hate to you its an awesome video as always
We also tryed around with a few other dinos but they all ended up failing. For example Kenny rudely dieing and never coming back alive and a few others we just couldn't get the paragon high enough, so they were not strong enough and died. SO at one point as much as we wanted to use a diffrent one, with the time left we were out of options, unfortunatly.

normally in omega you get immunity for a bit at the start and also even official omega uses keep inv so this was alot harder than intended
yea we have no clue why we didnt have it, it must have screwed up when i made my test character first to test things then replaced it with the new one

We went this path because trilobite spawns everywhere, and because there were so many of them, it means that there was a lot of paragons
