I'm surprised that more companies don't offer a model such as this. It's obviously more versatile than a lot of lights that are available today. Think I'm gonna get this.
Any suggestions for a work light like this but without any strobe nonsense and wider beam instead of spotlight? This has good form factor to be a real work light but those functions are edc stuff 😅
The water rating is a almost a deal breaker for me. Ive dropped things in so many liquids including hydraulic fluid. Nitecore has the old MT21C but tge runtime is considerably lower and the shape isn't ideal. So many options
@@randomescu the Nitecore is a nice light, but the lack of magnetic base makes it non starter for me as a service tech. That magnetic base is a must. For general EDC, hiking, etc it probably doesn’t matter much.
@@MK4vDubbin mt21c base is magnetic. But i was wrong about something else, i own the WT20R, not the 25R. Anyway i EDC this WT20R now over several other flashlights. The Nitecore feeling is better because of the full metal body. Its just my opinion, probably the shape of hand its the main factor here. Edit: for camping, hiking, fishing i learned a trick from a youtube video: stick a knife into a tree at an optimal angle and attach the flashlight to the blade. Im also a fan of magnetic base flashlights, as you see. 😀
Very good video thank you for sharing do me a favor send me that light I would appreciate it in contact with me I think it's an awesome design I think the engineering and thoughts putting that together is very good
I like this light but kind of find flashlight reviews a little creepy. It's probaly just my imagination working overtime but would be spooky as heck turning off light and back on to see something weird or a pair of eyes staring back at ya from the distance.Must be to many scary movies.🤣
Reminds me of those old school military flashlights with a fixed angle head, these are of course wayy nicer!!😁✊🔥

Did you get it
I have become a big fan of Fenix. I own 5 models, multiples of 3 of them. Great for gift giving.
I think that wire is to hold the battery cover on, like a second lock likely because of the magnetic base, makes sure it can't open...
3 Years Later and what's your opinion.. Thanks.. Shane
Like this unique flashlight… great video

But thank you for the great review.
Nebo makes some great work lights.

I hate flash light reviews, I just end up with another flash light or Torch in my collection. I do like the Fenix brand as well. Bugger
neat little light. thx for the review Ben 👍
Looks very spotty even at 1000 lumen the spill doesnt look very bright.
Please with night test
Mine came without the modes ...
Not sure i would carry that light but good information
Great review Ben 👍
Stop trolling
Dude, your title is wrong. Fenix not Klarus
LOL, thanks. It’s been a long day.
@@livingsurvival No worries. Love your reviews.
Nice review!
Tbh, it does not look well finished. I like alot more Nitecore MT21C. Also ipx8.
It is "well finished" tho...with a type 3 hard anodization...
@@-joo3033 please compare irl to MT21C. The Fenix is not as refined as Nitecore. I dont say it is bad, it is a premium flashlight.

@@randomescu Hey I appreciate the reply and you’re right on that! I didn’t realize it had a magnetic base. I’ll have to give one a try some day.
NICE
I'll wait until they (or another company) offers one with moonlight and last setting memory.
