Just received the case for 2021 iPad Pro 12.9" - it is a work of art, the quality of construction is amazing, so well designed and well thought through.
I just got the case and all I can say is wow. The case is extremely sturdy and got rid of my fear of the iPad bending. Also the packaging was top notch! It was definitely worth the price. I will be waiting for the iphone 14 pro max and will slap a Mous case on that bad boy.
I would love to see a Walnut Mous Case for the iPads or even a Mous case for the Apple Watch. I already have the Mous case for the iPhone 12 Pro Max and the Apple AirPods Pro. I wish I could match the way they look with my iPad and Apple Watch. Great cases though, love them! ❤️❤️❤️
I've been buying mous since last year for my iPhone 11 max. Then when I got my girlfriend a new phone I put a mous case on hers as well (also cuz she wanted one). I just bought an iPad and yes... I bought another case XD. Can't fail one bit with this brand. From the price, packaging and shipping, everything in my opinion is worth it. If you make an investment in a device, I would say investing a little extra to protect it will work very well long term. I ordered the case. Delivery to Germany took a week. The case fits very well. First I had a problem with my Apple Pencil and ist charging in the case. The support answerd within 3 hours. During charging the iPad the Pencil started to charge in the case. Now it works. It is a good case to protect my iPad. Well done, Mous.

It was very annoying, I had to mess around with it and took it off and put it on a couple times before it worked. Maybe the iPad was not in all the way because of how stiff the case is when it is new

Yeah, I can confirm the case doesn't charge or let you pair the pencil. Ridiculous for an £80 case when Spigen's tough armour is £30, offers better protection and works with the apple pencil. Mous is a scam and I will never buy another one of their products. It's obvious that no testing went into making this case as the thickness of the rubber prevents any type of connection between the pencil and the Ipad. Saying "it should work" just shows the level of professionalism and complete disregard to their customers. Shameful

@@Mouscase sure. I’ve been chatting with someone on WhatsApp. They confirmed it is the correct model for my iPad but I cannot for the life of me get it to fit. I worried I’ll crack my iPad putting any more pressure on the corners. I gave up on the screen protector. They sent 2. The first I couldn’t get to lay down all the way even after cleaning well. So I scrapped the first one and went to use the second but it was already cracked.

Doesn’t allow the pencil to charge at all, searched online and this seems to be the case for everyone who owns one. Highly disappointing as the case alone is so expensive and yet can’t facilitate a simple feature. The case it’s self is well built, however installing it is a real challenge as it’s so tight you could actually damage or bend your iPad just fitting it on. Will be seeking a refund I’m afraid.

I have the 20 21/5 GEN iPad Pro 12.9. I just received my case but it seems too tight to pop the corners in. I also had ordered a 2021 screen cover. However the screen cover that was delivered does not say it is for fifth generation only fourth generation yet it says 2021.

@@Mouscase sure. I’ve been chatting with someone on WhatsApp. They confirmed it is the correct model for my iPad but I cannot for the life of me get it to fit. I worried I’ll crack my iPad putting any more pressure on the corners. I gave up on the screen protector. They sent 2. The first I couldn’t get to lay down all the way even after cleaning well. So I scrapped the first one and went to use the second but it was already cracked.
@@Mouscase I just filled out a form. I had also been chatting through WhatsApp with some of your people. I love your phone cases and was hoping to get the same protection for my iPad. But I’ve spent 40 minutes trying to make it fit in the case and can not. I may have to return to OtterBox. I’ve been using those for a decade. I like the look of your device better but it does me no good if I can’t fit my iPad in it.

Doesn’t allow the pencil to charge at all, searched online and this seems to be the case for everyone who owns one. Highly disappointing as the case alone is so expensive and yet can’t facilitate a simple feature. The case it’s self is well built, however installing it is a real challenge as it’s so tight you could actually damage or bend your iPad just fitting it on. Will be seeking a refund I’m afraid.

WHY IS IT SO EXPENSIVE FOR NO REASON?! I've owned a mous case before and it certainly wasn't worth the price considering other options out there that are a fraction of the cost and offer more protection my mous case had almost no screen protection minimal screen protection it's just crazy Considering your asking for such price I've had $20 CAD cases have much more screen protection even my $5 CAD procase has more screen protection i got a Rugged case for my tab s6 that had a built-in screen protector for CDN$19.99 I've never had it brake even when i dropped it on concrete outside also tempered glass screen protectors 2 pack for the iPhone 12 pro max for 24 CAD ??! when you can get 3 pack tempered glass screen protectors from Amazon for the 12 pro max for CAD $12 and they are good quality they have over 6400 reviews on Amazon with a 4.4 out of 5 stars r u kidding me? I'm sorry to tell you this but your products are unnecessarily expensive but your customer service is great and quickly offered me a refund
