HM01 is one of the strongest stations on shortwave here in the south central US-- rather better than Radio Havana, even (?) I'm constantly mystified by those metallic tones and whooshing sounds.

It's a coded message to their spies apparently - decoded using something called a one-time pad. Have a look on Google. 73
