Probably so. I think I would need to take off the bottom brace and scrap out everything and put it all back together with silicone. I’ll think about doing it. Lol.
GE silicone. It sat for about a week before I filled it up. I built a stand for it in the meantime. It actually lasted about a year, I realized after looking it up.
Lol wish I could move that fast to swap out a leaking tank. All jokes aside glad you caught it before it flooded everything.
I was pretty efficient, wasn’t I? 😂
@@nextdooraquatics5013 yes sir!
Leaking tanks.....every aquarists nightmare!
Definitely.
Sigh. i rarely hear of long term success with resealed aquariums. Now I'm even more hesitant :0
They probably need to be completely dismantled and put back together, unfortunately. That’s a little much. Haha
First timer to channel just got my 75 last week so far so good at least you got a 60 breeder was thinking about getting that my self but wanted a 75
Both are great tanks. 👌. Welcome.
It’s the glass, there is a weak point in the material, that allows it to flex and bend ever so annoyingly. lol

Sorry for the hassle , as for the resealing of this aquarium what silicone did you use ?
And then how many days before filling it up ?
