Sir x and y axis k along semicircle symmetric hai to x bar ya y bar nikal rhe hain respectively. Magar agar figure x y plane me ho wo bhi inclined or usko y =x ka line semicircle se gujre tb to x bar and y bar dono niklega na. Please reply.

I used integration from -r to +r and got the same answer...

He used from 0 to +r but multiplied the numerator part by 2. That's why your answer is the same as his.

It should be -r to +r. You have done it the correct way . Since this is a summation of area, you will have same as him but if the integration is of odd order , his method will mess up.
