And didn't even use the audio from it🤣 I put it on as a backup because I knew I would be looking down at the iPad a ton and was worried that angle wouldn't pick up well on the overhead mic. But it turned out pretty decent, so I was lav mic-ed up for no reason!

Love the dropper tool. It has saved me more times than I care to count in both photos and video.
Man, it’s the main reason I’ve been leaning into potentially shooting RAW video is purely to have that same white balance flexibility in Premiere that I have in Lightroom. Dreamy🙌

I haven’t come across a lot of videos that focus primarily on Premiere Elements, but I’m sure there’s a ton out there! I haven’t used that program myself, so it would be hard for me to teach, but Premiere Rush is also a really great program that I’ve used and would definitely recommend!

Actually, that's Lightroom on the iPad James! I just recently started really using it more on the iPad and I'm loving it!
What phone do you need for this Apple ProRAW? I have an 11 pro max and it only has “high efficiency” or “most compatible” under the format menu in camera settings. (iOS 15.4)

haha, i used to take the same spot as you, the teeth. But many people don't have pure white teeth, they can be yellowish and turn the white balance green.
Or, in some ocassion, teeth can also reflect ligh. And in club, concert, environement with colorfull color, teeth won't be white as well.
It is a great tip, but i'd say in 60% of cases, it doesn't work.
For sure dependent on lighting conditions a bit, but even yellowish teeth get you pretty close. Give it a shot on your yellowish teethed friend and then bring things down about 400K and you'll be right in the ballpark👍 If you're in a club with crazy light, you're just out of luck

Hahhaaaa! Yep, absolutely the point! It was tough growing it and walking around for the past few weeks with it, but worth it for the costume! Also though, seems like the stache is coming back in style. I’ve seen a ton of them around lately🤷♂️

It sure does! Funny thing is that although we think we all have different skin colors, it's actually all the same color with different shades. So white balance works exactly the same for all skin colors👍
Have you tried using the dropper tool on a neutral gray color in the photo? I have, and it works exactly like using white. :)
The main reason for gray is that sometimes if your white is up around 95% or 100% white, the dropper tool no longer works. It needs some coloring to work well. But you're totally right that white works also!
