It worked for me, currently on xbox, for those who it isn't working for I think it really is a bug and should get patched, do keep in mind the game is still kinda new, thanks tho, Uninstalling and reinstall worked
This didn’t do shit I deleted it and redownloaded it and absolutely NOTHING happened. It still goes down from 700 all the way down to 2 just to shoot back up to 700. I think not playing Overwatch 1.5 is just the best option

I connected my account and everything and it says it’s ready to be merged and then when I merge it and it says log out of the game and I actually do it it shows the same pop up I’m also not in a queue so it’s very Confusing I’m on ps4 btw please someone help
delete and redownload and try to stop the queue and try your best to restart the merging process like where it ask if this is your account again. if u can get that done try this method again and it should work. but otherwise delete and redownload the game and if that doesn’t work restart the game after downloading it a couple times or play some games
