You know, I'm really surprised nobody notices this. I switched from the 7 black, and I'm really pissed off with the quality of sound that's recorded from behind. Speech recorded from all other sides of camera is pretty good, but it's awful when you use camera in one of the most common ways: holding it in front of your chest or face looking in the back screen.
