Good to see you again! I've just gotten away from an assisted care facility myself, over 6 months is more than enough. (copd, heart failure, sepsis + a few more) They didn't want to let me go. Keep pushing the best you can...

And you have to watch with COPD it's VERY easy to wind up with pneumonia. Just not moving enough air to keep healthy! Take care and no chasing the nurses! 🙏🙏
