It's a full service restaurant. It's a rare sight in Japan to see this kind of restaurant that serve traditional foods. This place has a totally different vibes than the famous Yumiko obaa-san onigiri place.

I’ve always wondered, what do Japanese people do with the bonito flakes after you boiled them for soup? Do you throw it away? Or do you eat with rice?

@@k-san9258 dry, grind coarsely, mix with roasted sesame seed and nori to make furikake.
