Agree with your interpretation of "been there; done that". I live in an English-speaking country and the circumstances you described are when the expression is used.
For example, someone might say, "I" holidaying in Europe" and someone who's done that will say, "Been there, done that"

You can actually translate that literally. "you still have a long way to go, am on my way back..." sarcastic way of telling someone the depth of my experience compared to theirs. i used to say that to my friends here and they got that. like kapal ng mukha dito is "thick skin" but i literally used "thick face" to be more specific.

That idiomatic expression is solely used for the Philippines and so we can’t really translate it literally in the American English. “Papunta ka palang pabalik na ako” may be given with different understanding by native English speakers if transliterated this way. However, I agree with your simple translation because that’s the exact meaning of that expression, not much of complexity. 😊

I think, it is don't be boostful person. Kase nasa para process iyan. You are starting and it is he is ending, but ending of starting of dad is you are starting to. It is a cycle of life. Diyan umiikot ang mundo natin ang magagawa mo na lang is to improve of what process or doing or working. Or ikaw ang susund sa yapak ng tatay mo. Ibig sabihin ay mareretiro na siya at ikaw ay sisimulan mo iyun kung ano ang gusto ng tatay mo. Iyun ang pagkakaintindi ko po salamat.

You just explained what it means - the point of idiom translation is that it should also be an idiomatic expression in english that is why you always go to the nearest possible equivalent not necessarily the exact equivalent. - you can fully express “papunta ka pa lang pabalic na ako” using “been there done that” idiom by saying - don’t try it or don’t go there (meaning in that particular situation) “been there done that” in that way you still use an english idiom not just an english sentence explaining how you should not try something because you have experienceit amd know what you are saying.

The REFERENCES are incomplete. "Been there, done that" is the perfect match for "Papunta ka pa lang, pabalik na ako. O ilang ulit na akong bumalik."
The examples in your video and all the references are valid in every situation. However, the "been there, done that" idiom is perfectly matched with "papunta ka palang ay pabalik na ako". Your video example has some missing information. This should be IDIOM for IDIOM and must be explored and explained fairly without biases.
The expression “been there, done that” is an idiomatic expression. So as the "papunta ka pa lang, pabalik na ako". Matching IDIOM for IDIOM is the correct way.
PART 1 SITUATION POINTING TO A DIFFERENT DIRECTION
1 - That means you have already done a task or attended an event or place to the point of boredom.
2 - It’s a way of expressing that you have no interest in doing what other people suggest.
3 - The saying can apply to any suggestion from another person where you feel bored or uninspired by what they want to do.
PART 2 SITUATION POINTS IN THE SAME DIRECTION
However, it can be used as a form of dismissal or of empathy.
1 - It is an assertion that the speaker has personal experience or knowledge of a particular place or topic.
Number 2 of part 1 situation is also applicable or matches correctly with the Eddie Garcia movie
2 - It’s a way of expressing that you have no interest in doing what other people suggest.
