Although I think they've become more lax with that kind of idea as we've gotten quite a few lower-ranged female characters since then (Beidou, Ningguang, Eula, Sara, Shogun, Rosaria, Shenhe, Xinyan, etc). It's funny because the direction a lot of the english VA got was "This is not an anime game", yet they still stuck to the anime-girl voice idea for a while. It's not like they were trying to match it to the original Chinese or even the Japanese dub either, as a lot of the english VA sound nothing like their counterparts.

I've noticed in general in cutscenes when something important is happening, they choose an angle where Celestia can be seen in the background. You see it when the Traveler firsts resonates with a Statue of the Seven, for example, and in Zhongli's story quest when he goes to the top of Guyun Stone Forest with the stuff they got from Sal Terrae. Probably others too but those were always the ones that have stuck in my mind.

if I could pick any features to be added to Genshin my number 3 choice would be the ability to reset the story so that we can play through it again (uninterupted by the need to boost adventure rank) with all the characters we've unlocked over time.
my number 1 choice would be for the Traveller to be able to switch elements freely without going to a statue
my number 2 choice would be for other characters that have shown the ability to use multiple elements (like Childe) to be given access to their other elements when playing as them.

I often feel like that for MMOs as well. The early times are fun but eventually the grind gets more intensive and the inevitable dry wall that is endgame tends to cause burn out, especially when you play every day and the game becomes a chore rather than a genuine good time. Only solution is to take a break and come back when there is enough substantial content to get you going for a while.

The dvalin quest was one of the most epic arcs in genshin. They did it so well with that first major boss battle and its a bit unfortunate they never truly replicated that epicness in boss battles again. I remember in version 1 where a few only get venti on his banner so mihoyo did was raise his rate up very high on his banner so that everyone can get him, and everyone mistook him as a female lol, and on that time mihoyo is giving lots of primogems each update and giving out free battle pass, everything changed when they lowered the rate on artifacts haha
