The adjustment made at 28:33 made a big different in background fan noise. Voice remained clear but a lot of background hum was noticeably absent. Also a great video as always!

For the future, if there happens to be background noise, adobe premiere and similar softwares have background reduction effects that are just drag and drop, pretty simple and work great mostly. (In case that's what you were referring to ;) )
great video, I hope I didn't get too nervous, and in the cardiac auscultation I had a little tachycardia, good video, a cardiology roleplay to a nervous patient would be cool.

Well of course I'm nervous, I'm at a doctors office only a few hours before midnight. What kind of "doctors office" is open this late? Are my tingles getting operated on or is it my liver? nasty hum in the background audio. Sounds like you could do with using a little compression and setting up a gate.
Compression would make the problem worse, since it would be boosting the background audio, and a noise gate would be horrible, as the hum would switch on and off as she speaks
