if money is a concern, I don't think it's that important to have. it's just peace of mind knowing your mouse is performing at the lowest click and sensor latency possible, but it's also not that drastic of a difference and drains battery faster. on 144hz it's not really noticeable, but apparently 240hz and above mouse movements look smoother for 4khz mice
@@calvinchen6212 yes but it's only 1ms faster so hard to perceive. if you want to see specific numbers, google techpowerup f1 pro max and go to the bottom of "sensor & performance" page and the "testing 4k pollling" page (yt doesn't let me link stuff)
@@calvinchen6212 I have it off for my mice. some mice implement motionsync more poorly than others, which can add a bit of motion latency. so rather than figuring out which mice are affected, I usuallly just turn it off for all mice for peace of mind.
check out techpowerup's review of the f1 since he does proper testing. I couldn't really notice anything wrong, but supposedly there is some polling instability at 4k (although rare), and apparently it's more noticeable at 1k when using the 4k dongle
@@johnrandellramos6025 no problem! keep in mind this is the moba version. the pro max will also have same battery capacity, but other versions will have a lower battery capacity
@@rhapsoz yeah I already ordered the Moba versions because of the switches used. Btw, are you still using it now? I’m currently using the Orochi V2, is it worth the upgrade? And is moving from a 1hz to 4hz noticeable in my 165hz monitor?
@@johnrandellramos6025 nah not using it anymore. I'm constantly switching for review (this is just where I post clips sometimes). the build quality on the f1 is exceptional, so you honestly can't go wrong with it. I have a 144hz so I can't really say I visually see the lower motion latency in-game, but I feel like the lower click latency at 4k can be noticeable at times. if you like the orochi shape but wanted something a little larger, lighter, and doesn't use a battery, the zaopin z1 pro is another good budget option
do u recommand this mouse? and do u face any issue with it like the sensor or click or mention delay?
yes it's a good mouse and I didn't have any issues
Would you recommend getting the 4k dongle?

@@rhapsoz thanks for the suggestion, do you use motionsync or off?

What the best polling rate to use in this mouse?
1k, 2k or 4k?
technically 4k for lowest click and motion latency, but 1k or 2k will have longer battery life
is the 4k polling rate stable?

How long does the battery last when you use the 4k mode
4-5 days of heavy use
@@rhapsoz Wow! Thank you

Do u know if it work with ps5?
