7:59 I'm pretty sure Flowey is what changed. Flowey is the one who tells you to load your save file, meaning he knows what will happen. Undyne also says that Papyrus is the one who suggested Undyne get Frisk to deliver the letter, and it's established that Flowey regularly talks with and gives advice to Papyrus.

Except he's not. If you go back through the core before defeating asgore, you will still get that phone call, you don't need to reload or anything. I only know because I went through the core before defeating asgore to get to MTT resort for healing items and I got that phone call.
It's cool to see Mad Mew Mew like this since most characters from Undertale probably don't know them. Well, maybe Blookey & Mettaton but still, it's great.

7:08 I know SS chara knows more about player than everyone in the room cause they saw multple au's/timelines cause of the experiment with them and asgore but the point of the "fills you with determination" bit is a reflection on the player being determined to continue the path they are on. So in a way the players influenced whoever the protagonist is to kill from the beginning before they even fell. So why was Shift mad with Shifty?
I don't think I made it clear, but Undertale and Storyshift have no players in my multiverse. It was always frisk's decisions that led to the issues
But they are very much aware of what players are and sans himself has to deal with one in deltarune
