Vishuddha Sattva is not of this World

Vishuddha Sattva is beyond the three gunas of prakriti (material nature) and cannot be attained by increasing sattva guna. It is part of the internal energy of the Lord, therefore it can also be accepted as a synonym for bhakti. "The state of unalloyed being, vishuddha-sattva, is called vasudeva because the Personal God is unveiled therein." (SB 4.3.23)
