I like the analysis, thanks. Baiting engagements is intentional. It’s an easy way to force enemy mistakes, however very difficult to know what is a good time to do it.
awkward is the goat, he helped me improve a lot like no other coach did. the simple nature of his guides help low ranked players understand fundamentals and easily implement them.
Ok so what I got from it -play support as a dps first healer second -take an off angle that can do damage to the enemy and help your team at the same time - this gives you the opportunity to cause diversions while being able to play support when needed -play the correct range for your character (most noticed from what I saw in the vod) -keep up with the team rotations. Also just my own advice (not from the video) but I think its important nonetheless Play behind corners - high ground is the easiest 'corner' to play since it is as easy as falling back to take cover, as long as the platform is thicc enough (eg very last highground on gibraltar is too thin) Don't spend too much walking when you are in the middle of a team fight: if you are not shooting something, you put your teammates down numbers. You can rotate short amounts (1 swing worth) but not take like 5 seconds to find a different angle unless you communicate to your team and they adjust accordingly. and a fun fact: the closer you are to a wall, the more the enemy can see before you can see them.
these are all good tips, I want to add to the play behind corners thing, and that is know where you would fall back to if that corner isn't working I actually recommend playing with 2 corners in mind, not just one. this is not always the best play, however keeping those corners in the back of your head can be very useful. remember that a corner and high ground are the same thing as well, with high ground generally being more useful.
Kajor, your hero guides have helped me more than any other. I love spilo, but paying attention to playstyle switches has helped me immensely regardless of the character. The acronyms, the simple terms for complex clusters of information, it's all easy to process *while im playing.* love it man. Also, fuck awkward. Why does everyone preaching growth and accountability lack the latter part, and end up being a total POS?
Honestly i like awkward man, one of the best ow players and a great coach but he really has to calm down with this “tate” thingy cause nowadays people are really soft one wrong word and bam career’s over
he doesn't care, it's honestly his appeal at this point. i'm a big fan of him, i don't love some of the things he says but at the end of the day he keeps it real. I also really like how he promotes healthy living.
Dudes just an asshole to people online and not everyone fucks with that negativity. It’s a part of his brand but the consequences that follows are all on him as well
Suggesting ppl to workout and take personal responsibility isn't being Tate. We used to call it being a man. Plus the world feels less sensitive since Elon bought X and Trump won. I'm seeing words now online that would've gotten us banned a couple years ago lol.

Hope you maintain the rank 1 for a long time
i subbed to you man ❤
Mf has more eyes than a fly.
Can I understand baiting as "going as agressive as possible, while being able to live yourself"? If not, what's the difference?
Good job sigma
"Just like his politics, move to the right and get punished for it" IM CRYINGGGG
Bruh. You can't handwave being a bad person by just saying you have different politics
damage damage damage
I guess you could say awkward is the master baiter…
Say that again..
Stop...
Yes he is good at teasing it out
+1 comedy stat
He follows his own advice and doesn’t hold onto his cooldowns either, any spare moment he’s attempting to get a sleep or nade in!

Yeah, he's a garbage human being. There is value in what he says, but it's all clouded beneath a torrent of toxic bullshit.
It's pretty cringe lol
