I have grown used to seeing you do magic with yeast. When you mentioned that American buttercream is grainy and very sweet I know exactly what you meant because growing up that’s how my mother and everyone else’s mother made it. Are usually make different price change today but I never knew your trick. I don’t care how often I Tilian to your channel I always learn something new whether it’s a small trick or an easier way of doing things or like this something that will always make my life easier this is why I’m glad you turn off on RUclips. Purple’s the opposite of yellow, so it’s like purple shampoo to take the grassiness out of blonde or gray hair.

Do you re-whip the buttercream after refrigeration? Or let come to room temp and pipe on cupcakes?
You can just take it out and let it soften at room temp. You could rewhip your speed up the process though ☘️

The longer you beat tje butter the whiter it will become. There's really no need to do the purple. My buttercream is as white as white can be.
