Yea, it's another booboo on crunchyrolls part. They say top up until you have positive gems BUT they really meant was top up the EXACT amount (or higher) real life currency refunded. Example. You refund 4.99, you have to buy something that's 4.99.
Nope, not how it works. Hayzink mentions the guy who paid well over the refunded amount and has not yet had his account back. I know a few players that have gone through the same thing, myself included. Thats exactly what is wrong with this game. They act very quickly when it comes to bans due to refunds, but when you decide to pay the amount refunded to keep playing, nothing happens as of yet. Dont know why you commented that if this did not happen to you.

If I was in the same position as those who dropped a lot, I’d look for a refund as well, but at the risk of getting banned… That’s tough. Especially since you aren’t guaranteed to get all of your money back.

So let me get this straight, if you get a refund on something they fail to provide (due to something going wrong with THEIR game purchase system), you need to pay them MORE just to play and will still potentially be banned anyway? That doesn't seem like the correct way to go about it in all honesty. I can see if you were abusing the refund process sure, but clear-cut cases should not be treated like this. I do not play this game but I have been watching your videos to see if this is a game I would like to get into, however it is becomming apparent that there are major problems so far. I'll just wait it out and see...

Fuck crunchyroll I didn’t even do anything wrong and I’m being punished so now I uninstalled and filed for a refund for every pack I bought. Funny thing is after the first error I went and bought another tarot pack for Juri

Funnily enough, when I bought all the points you guys have mentioned up though on the PlayStore they have contacted me directly and even linked them the videos from a multitude of you guys on the event banners, divination and the poor customer service being recieved as well as how the community manager was treating people. I hate when a good game gets picked up for translation/distribution in other regions by a garbage company that ruins it. Reminds me of when I played SINoALICE. Good game, but the team running global made it awful. Everyone I knew that contacted customer service quit playing after they did... I did too hahahaha. The only good thing to come out of this is that now I know to avoid anything Crunchyroll touches in the future. Even Konami isn't on that list, which is saying something.

I honestly don't understand how capcom would allow a distributor to tarnish their brand like this. The game is fun enough and I continue to play but I have to admit it is scripted on pulls and other content. It's definitely casino type tactics where the house always win. I wish they had just translated the cn version and pushed it out globally.

Pinned a comment that explains what’s going on and it comes down to communicating it poorly. If they didn’t want to create confusion they should state “make gem purchases equal to the cost that was refunded”

No where does it mention money spent on gems being equal or more than what was refunded, just the value of the gems to be positive, which they are in the example but yet still nothing. If anyone is guilty of misinfo then it's the team behind the game itself.

I was -1200 gems now I'm 450 gems I brought and they still did not unban me I felt lied to paying and not getting it back when they said I will
If you refund Uninstall because you are now black listed and they will lie to get money back and still lock u out.
They can ban people immediately when there are refunds, but can not get people the content they paid for in a timely manner.
