Tylarious how to get only trucks when delivering? I hate it when I deliver on plane specially I only play solo. I already failed to deliver a medium warehouse because I accidentally hit crane.
My question is did you when calculating the amount of money made in a 8hr period for a small warehouse also factor in/take into consideration the amount of time spent selling? I ask because I would assume it would significantly change the numbers for SW profit in 8hrs. Thank you and I loved the video.
For me it's simple, players who are dedicated to get the most out of gta online and are patient grind crates, they are the ones who can get 100 million $ legit. Players who hate grinding it's not for them. I filled up all 5 large warehouses multiple times and i found if crate grinding is all you do from the moment you go online until you log off, you will not be raided, i do it in solo lobbies and its rediculousely easy. I'm at 85M$ right now with crates and i got a lot more coming my way. Crates require dedication, plain and simple.
Philly Cheese Steak i switch it up sometimes but you cant go wrong with mainly doing crates, just remember once you have over 25% stock, you have to keep grinding until its full and sell imediatly. And if you do crates only for the next few days, shut down the bunker because the daily tax is too high. For biker businesses i go about it the same way and only focus on those when im sick of doing crates, but for the best time/profit ratio i think its best to buy supplies for meth and coke, and do one or two runs for the other businesses, that way you get some money fast, and the easiest sell mission. Gunrunning is also great because the sell missions for 25% stock are easy and quick, and to fill your stock it only takes 3 runs. Import/export is good to combine with vip work but you need to have 30 vehicles already that are standard and mid range only, in order to just source high range cars. And last but not least consider buying a tinsel towers 10 car garage to store the modded sentinel xs's in that spawn just down the street each day, its 17420$ every 48 min for the blue ones for almost no work!
Apple Lysol it's just a detail but to make big money over time you need to look for the best time efficient methods, the bunker businesses may look more lucrative because it's "passive", it is not cheap by any means. It's only passive if you buy your supplies, if you do the runs it wastes time that can be spend making more money with other businesses. If you keep it running in the background, it will cost you about 9500$ every 48 minutes and if you forget about it for a while doing other methods, you run out of supplies and run the risk of getting raided. If the bunker was my only business, sure i'd get the most out of it, but if you also focus on both CEO activities, and alternate biker work with bunker jobs from time to time, you will find it to be cheaper to shut it down until you are confident you can restock and sell at the appropriate times. I myself shut it down when i grind 11M worth of crates, (takes 2 weeks) that's a lot of daily tax i don't pay because i shut it down, and the only way to ensure you will not get your warehouses raided is by literally doing nothing else for during that particular endeavour. The weeks after i focus on the bunker and biker businesses to switch it up for a while.
Crates are still the best. Also to balance out the money you spend for $18K crates, run a Sightseer for the cool down. This is why the Buzzard is so useful. Get a Buzzard if you don't have one !!
I currently have a small warehouse and I have a Good way to minimalize the loss of buying crates: *Buy 3 crates *When back at your warehouse start headhunter or hostile takeover (for hostile take over choose location which is the nearest to your warehouse) *Head back to your office and buy 3 crates again. *When back at your Warehouse do the mission you did not choose (THE BUZZARD ATTACK CHOPPER IS RECOMMENDED) Now keep repeating this, I know that it makes filling up your warehouse longer but you minimalize the loss of buying crates as much as possible.
Happened to me the other day during x2 money. Lost 4.4M but made up a bullshit lie and Rockstar support gave me back 2.2 so I still lost. But hey, 50% of something is better than nothing.
The math looks okay, however, it's a matter of choice. There is astronomically much less risk selling a small warehouse then selling a large warehouse. Also, if I'm saving up from for something that only costs 150,000 more than what I'm willing to spend, then I'll apply much less effort to get what I want.
If you are a solo player and do not have friends to play with then buy a small warehouse. If you are alone you need to sell only 8 crates at a time at 112,000, because if you sell more than 8 crates at a time then there are multiple delivery vehicles. If you sell 8 at a time then it only takes 1 delivery vehicle.
Jackson Cowan selling a full small warehouse is only two vehicles for trucks and the dropoffs are usually concentrated nearby...I can sell with trucks in about 10-12 minutes. You do get like 25 minutes to sell
A small warehouse should only take 88k to fill up. Once you get 12/16 crates, purchase 2 crates to get 14 and 2 more for 16. This was you save 4K just buy buying crates wisely. Might not be a huge difference, but over time it adds up and the way GTA is, make every dollar count.
Im a bit late but it depends on what cargo your are collecting wether it be the bullion or the narcotics this means that if your are doing the narcotics you will have to do it seperate making it longer but when collecting the bullion it does all 3 crates together making the trip time shorter so it would matter what cargo?
So, I just bought my first crate warehouse today. Started with a small one. Crates are awesome, I should have gotten into this month's ago. Great info.
2 large warehouses will usually mean no cool down when alternating between them. 3 crates will get the highest money to time ratio. Using the Avenger released after this video you can move all 3 crates in one trip when playing solo. Its also good to a have 3rd small or medium warehouse for special items so that they are are not stored with your regular cargo.
Hey Ty. Thanks for the info. Using a combo of my Armored Kumura, Sparrow or Sea Sparrow, and Oppressor Mk II to pick up crates. These are just my preference to save time and make sure everything goes smooth.
SMALL 2 Crates MEDIUM 2 Crates LARGE 2/3 Crates For best balanced profit + time turnaround *(2 small & 1 medium warehouse is still 1m profit!)* If u have lots of time or friends to help buy 1 or 2 crates and max your profits!

This is great info. I mostly sell my crates on tuesdays as R* will often times do bonus event weeks for crate sells. If you grinded a full warehouse over the weekend, there's a great chance you can get the maximum return by waiting a day or two to sell.

Just want to say I've been experimenting with warehouses since the update. Your math is correct my good sir. The small is mostly a "money now" thing while the large is long term investment. It's also nice when u fill multiple large and continuously sell one until an x2 cash event pops up. Then your bank account is lookin sexy. ;)

Im sure you figured this out by now, but if you have 9 crates in your warehouse and sell you will get just one vehicle in sale mission. Gets you a little over 100k.
Timewise, is it better to have just I/E assuming top range cars only or doing I/E and crates? I was thinking; Import, get 3 crates, export, get 3 crates etc. Or is it better to do import, export, sightseer in a loop instead?

Ah large warehouse is such a pain to fill and cost so much. I’ll just buy a small one 350k isn’t that big a of difference. I cannot manage a huge ass warehouse while I got cars and other business to deal with. Plus, don’t forget the fact is the more trip you make the more chance you are expose to griefs who want to ruin your hard works. there might be only 5 people in a lobby and maybe 2 of them have nothing better to do other kill people for fun. So I rather make manage less stuff in a session with friendly people.
The thing about large crate warehouses is that it doesn't require a single upgrade and the upgrades for the vehicles arnt that usefully exept maybe the boat speed one

Car export + ceo work wave method make more money per hour, don't? I used to make my money fron CEO crates, but using this export+ceo work method I make more money per hour spent on game, and I cant spend a lot of time this days. Don't get me wrong, people play the game as they see fit, but if you think only in "pure" profit, there are other methods. But your work in explain all the details and math behind the method, is amazin, liked a lot, got yourself a new subscriber!
This is way late but you're filling small warhouses wrong. You should only be doing 4 of the 3 crate missions and 2 of the 2 crate missions. Saves an easy 4k for each fill and no extra trips. That 4k adds up quick and is a great little tip for guys just starting out!
Are NPC enemies in solo public sessions a threat to you while selling, like can they destroy your cargo if you do the selling missions when you have to use a plane?
Weird kid in school yes they will screw you up. Lost everything because they had an Apache helicopter and had aim bot with the machine gun. There is no one in this world that could be accurate in a helicopter with that thing.
The question I have is, when you are selling the warehouse don't you need multiple associates to help you sell in some of the sell missions for the warehouses?
I noticed you didn't mention doing 2 crates. They're only 6k a pair which is 1/3 the price of 3 but you're filling your warehouse up at 2/3 the rate of 3 crates. Therefore, you're still making good coin while not spending as much for the crates.
I know this is old but you didn't mention having 2 large warehouses running at the same time negating the cooldown. 2 large warehouses = 74 trips x an average of 7 mins ( I think it's faster honestly I average about 5 mins. 7 mins only when the crates are in the water or something.) is 516 mins which is 8.5 hours or something for a 3.2 million profit. Best money grinding solo, even if you try running bunker/special vehicles / vip missions it doesn't compare

If I fill my small cargo wh full to 16 crates what is the total I make? I've always just stopped at 9 crates and its still 1 vehicle

I never buy 3 crates, i always get the stupid 3 crate delivery missions and i can only deliver 2, so i just buy 2 crates at a time

Ah large warehouse is such a pain to fill and cost so much. I’ll just buy a small one 350k isn’t that big a of difference. I cannot manage a huge ass warehouse while I got cars and other business to deal with. Plus, don’t forget the fact is the more trip you make the more chance you are expose to griefs who want to ruin your hard works. there might be only 5 people in a lobby and maybe 2 of them have nothing better to do other kill people for fun. So I rather make manage less stuff in a session with friendly people.

The thing about large crate warehouses is that it doesn't require a single upgrade and the upgrades for the vehicles arnt that usefully exept maybe the boat speed one

Car export + ceo work wave method make more money per hour, don't? I used to make my money fron CEO crates, but using this export+ceo work method I make more money per hour spent on game, and I cant spend a lot of time this days. Don't get me wrong, people play the game as they see fit, but if you think only in "pure" profit, there are other methods. But your work in explain all the details and math behind the method, is amazin, liked a lot, got yourself a new subscriber!
This is way late but you're filling small warhouses wrong. You should only be doing 4 of the 3 crate missions and 2 of the 2 crate missions. Saves an easy 4k for each fill and no extra trips. That 4k adds up quick and is a great little tip for guys just starting out!

Are NPC enemies in solo public sessions a threat to you while selling, like can they destroy your cargo if you do the selling missions when you have to use a plane?

Weird kid in school yes they will screw you up. Lost everything because they had an Apache helicopter and had aim bot with the machine gun. There is no one in this world that could be accurate in a helicopter with that thing.
The question I have is, when you are selling the warehouse don't you need multiple associates to help you sell in some of the sell missions for the warehouses?
Dont have to worry about the wait time if u own more than 1 warehouse. Just jump back and forth

Well Right now you get double payout so it’s definitely do able rn and worth your time because at 16 crates you can get half a mill

I noticed you didn't mention doing 2 crates.
They're only 6k a pair which is 1/3 the price of 3 but you're filling your warehouse up at 2/3 the rate of 3 crates. Therefore, you're still making good coin while not spending as much for the crates.
I know this is old but you didn't mention having 2 large warehouses running at the same time negating the cooldown.
2 large warehouses = 74 trips x an average of 7 mins ( I think it's faster honestly I average about 5 mins. 7 mins only when the crates are in the water or something.) is 516 mins which is 8.5 hours or something for a 3.2 million profit. Best money grinding solo, even if you try running bunker/special vehicles / vip missions it doesn't compare
