TUTTI FRUTTI POUND CAKE
• Flour Maida 1 Cup (200 gr)
• Eggs 3
• Sugar granulated 3/4 cups
• Oil 1/2 cup
• Baking powder 1 Teaspoons
• Baking soda 1/4 Teaspoon
• Salt 1/4 Teaspoon
• Vanilla essence 2 Teaspoon
• Milk 2 Tablespoons
• Take Bowl break eggs Take White part of eggs in one bowl and Yellow part of eggs into another bowl
• Add granulated sugar into eggs White part and with help of beater make Smooth
• In Yellow eggs part stir with hand and
• Add Oil
• Add Vanilla essence
• Add Maida
• Add Baking Powder
• Add Baking soda
• Add Salt and Mix well
• Add Milk and mix well and
• Add White part of eggs and stir until smooth and Runny Texture
• Put Red and Green Tutti Fruitess upon top of Batter
• Take Mould,keep butter paper and brush Oil all 4 Sides and pour batter into Mould and bake for 180 degree for 35 to 40 minutes
• Add Granulated sugar upon Pound cake and make Slices
