I love reflection and RM obviously let himself shine through it, but what I love about their mixtapes is that they are much more personal, even though RM writes the lyrics for the albums or even whole songs (like reflection) they still have to be approved and fit the "concept", I feel like they can be more themselves through the mixtapes

Uhgood actually sounds like this certain korean word (i forgot what word tho) which means being dislocated. Basically what rm is tryna say is what he is now and what he wants to be are too far from each other and doesnt connect. Thus, dislocated. It's a very good play on words because you know how in english when people ask u how are you and deep inside you dont feel fine but you just say, "uh, good."

I think Mono is a masterpiece. Like literally everysong makes you feel something, the lyrics are amazing, all the songs combined perfectly together and share the same vibe... And it's so sincere. I've literally never heard an album/mixtape/playlist from any other artist as good as Mono. Idk how to to explain it, there's just nothing wrong in Mono, nothing that doesn't fit

Everythinggoes is just.... urgh I wanna be candid in saying that this song really got me through one of my darkest moments. It didn't come at a better time when it was just a few weeks after one of my closest friends died. She was so young man and she had a lot to live for - always the life of the party. Regretting not taking up her last few offers to hand out with her and our gang just cuz I was busy made me feel like I'm such a lousy friend. I never thought I would be pulled out from that dark spot. I just break down almost every time I hear that song.

The whistle you heard in the BU storyline was Jungkook's Begin solo in Yoongi's First Love short film. DNA was also a song that uses a whistle (different one, obv) in the beginning.
i got emotional while i watch yall get emotional too. his lyrics really hit me right in the feels. so far i could say that this is my favorite album of all time beside their other albums as bts. i feel like this album is like namjoon’s way of giving us all a hug and his way of comforting us through the hard times, happy times, and, difficult times in our lives. One thing i can say is that if you made a warm hug and a blanket into an album, this would be that album.

Although i am an army, Mono always my favourite playlist deeply in my heart. Luckily i had this playlist when i have the tough times in my life. RM helped me a lot with his vocals and the beautiful n priceless lyrics helped me gone through the hard times. This playlist means SO MUCH to me, im so happy u guys listen to this great playlist eventually. Some of the lyrics are wrong especially seoul, the lyrics was so beautiful with many word plays. I really like Tokyo and Moonchild. I personally think that Moonchild is also a bit about the live of an idol, having to “smile in the pain” and “dance in the rain”, “we gonna dance in the plane”. Those kind of sentences.

I love this mono most especially "Everythingoes." Whenever I'm down and listen to that one, it encourages me that all that I'm going through will eventually pass away and so I shouldn't avoid it but face it boldly. It really calms your mind and heart.

Regarding Uhgood, the word 어긋 (which sounds just like uhgood) means misaligned, shifted, not right. It's another way RM uses languages to paint a nuanced and complex picture.

The whistle you heard in the BU storyline was Jungkook's Begin solo in Yoongi's First Love short film. DNA was also a song that uses a whistle (different one, obv) in the beginning.
i got emotional while i watch yall get emotional too. his lyrics really hit me right in the feels. so far i could say that this is my favorite album of all time beside their other albums as bts. i feel like this album is like namjoon’s way of giving us all a hug and his way of comforting us through the hard times, happy times, and, difficult times in our lives. One thing i can say is that if you made a warm hug and a blanket into an album, this would be that album.
while "seoul" and "tokyo" immediately got me, the others grew on me over time and now I adore them. like, moonchild?? the lyrics??? the instrumental??? freaking incredible.

Mono is the album that always helps go through difficult times, when I feel sad, depressed or anxious I always listen to it. Uhgood and everythingoes hit me so hard. But at the end I feel in some way calm. I'm so thankful to Namjoon who create this masterpiece and help me and also many ARMYs as well. I want that Bangtan be happy but also I Want us to be happy. Don't stop trying 💜
