12 WEEKS PREGNANT! | Got to See Baby BOY + Symptoms Are Easing Up This Week!

Hello my friends! Today I’d like to share with you my 12th week of pregnancy update! I can't believe I am already 12 weeks pregnant! We know the gender of our baby at only 12 weeks! Baby BOY!!! Also, my symptoms have finally started to get better with this pregnancy!
I am a stay at home mama to a sweet baby girl, and wife to an amazing husband. I also have several chronic illnesses (see below). I am passionate about sharing my story to help those suffering like I do. I have a degree in health education and I am certified in nutrition, chronic disease, and health promotion.

I'm doing the same thing by trying to get out of the house! I'm also trying to eat better and actually make more meals! Glad u are getting more energy :) can't wait to see more progression!
