Because I'm real life eyelashes go on front of eyeliner wing...it's can be hard to imitate that using a 2D medium so the best way to do that it draw the eyelashes on top of the eyeliner wing making it appear to be in front (like in real life)...if that makes any sense lol

whats the difference between adobe sketch and adobe draw? do you prefer one over the other?
tropicanahana people use adobe sketch to draw a person more realistically and people usually use adobe draw for outlines
