He knows the EU is doomed, and started off attenpting to create a replacement EU Mk 2 with that meeting of European leaders that Liz Truss attended when she was PM, then he got disinvited from attending the BRICS meeting in South Africa as an observer, with a view to France becoming a member, and he seems to be becoming even more irrational ?
