yes but I can bet in their minds they were questioning would anyone dare fly a hot air balloon inches above Disneyland on a night where there's definite fireworks, bottom line hot air balloons and fireworks don't mix.

True. But the "God will get for that" line is a throwback to Arthur's earlier show "Maude." When her husband made her upset, Arthur's character Maude would often say, "God will get for that, Walter."

If there's ONE THING my generation of kids had, growing up in the 70s, 80s and 90s, was ACTUAL fun and entertainment! Things like having DREAMS of going to Disney World, watching celebrations like this, the Disney Christmas Celebration, their 4th of July Celebration and SO MUCH MORE! I can STILL remember, like it was yesterday, how much I was just FLOORED by the news that we were GOING TO DISNEYWORLD for my first time back in 1989! Without the internet to SPOIL everything, all we had were the Disney specials, and some books with all the parks featured in them, to see what was in store! EVERYTHING was just PURE MAGIC as we saw, and experienced, WALT DISNEY WORLD together!

Yeah, I remember when my family moved to LA in 1987, tickets to Disneyland were only $35. You could just walk into the park and ride on whatever. I haven't been to Disneyland since 2003 and probably won't ever get the chance again. It would cost my family upwards of $600 to go for a day, and that doesn't even include airfare or hotel. I miss the days when Disney was a fun day trip that everyone could afford.

I wrote to Beatrice Arthur the year before she passed away, I didn't know she was sick at the time and I didn't expect to hear back but she sent me a lovely autographed photo that I still have. Betty White and Rue McClanahan were just as gracious when I wrote to them. I never had the chance to contact Estelle Getty but I loved her just as much as the other ladies.

If actors come out now they are making lots of people mad..
Ecen those who don't push their poltics etc.. Are hated by the woke as they claim not siding with them online means they are the enemy..
Just look at the Gardians of the Galaxy actors.. Most made a video telling people to vote how they vote and the MC who stays out of poltics was abused and attacked for not being in the video as the Woke belive if you dont side with them then you need to be destroyed..

The 15th Birthday at Walt Disney World was a great time to be a cast member, during a great decade. Epcot Center had been open for 4 years and was in its heyday - Parks were still inexpensive, relatively speaking, and not packed to the gills like they are today. Eisner hadn't yet tanked the guest experience. It was just good all the way around.

Well what a lovely surprise when your vlog 'popped' up in my 'feed!'
I live in the UK and have been very lucky to visit WDW on many occasions. First time in '98, went again the following year for the Millennium!
Just knew I wanted to be in MK on the eve of the 2000's. It was a crazy night, you can imagine! My last time there was Xmas 2013, and 3 years prior, always for Xmas. Travelled solo on those 4 occasions, but never felt lonely.
I've also been to DL Anaheim, many times. My preferred park to MK. Maybe because it's the original. The atmosphere there is amazing imo.
Anyway, I could carry on raving about the 'magic' of Disney. I'm 75, but completely young at heart, thanks to all the Disney live streamers and vloggers.
Happy 4th of July, and thanks for uploading. Now back to viewing....

Make Disney, Disney Again!! The powers that be need to watch this special, and remember Walt’s vision, and what Disney stood for. They have alienated most of those who grew up with Disney World and all the special memories it made. The whole point of Disney and the parks was to get away from the real world and all the problems of it. To immerse yourself in the fantasy. Instead they have brought all the controversy and problems in the world into Disney. If Disney World were still the place I knew and loved (17 trips) I would certainly still be going and bringing children and grandchildren to continue the tradition. Those days are over sadly. Thank you for posting this. It is a wonderful reminder of what used to be.

Wow 😯 !, Dolly Parton Ray Charles, the Monkees, the Golden girls with an epic Era. Too bad it’s not like this anymore. I bet Disney doesn’t show the world world of Disney specials on ABC like they used to. I hope one day comes back to this.

Oh my gosh! I was 8 or nine . I even remember a class. Mate who went to Disney World. He came back with this beautiful gold covered journal or signature book. Mickey was in front and the whole book was this beautiful gold from front to back. I thought it was so cool. I love this! Thank you.

this is everything of what makes disney. It's not the special effects and new animations along with the price gashing in the stores and food. It's the simplest gesture of complete happiness for all families and it wasn't so over commericalized. I loved going with family , but the experience was so terrible with online reservations virtual ques and over planning that we couldnt even enjoy ourselves.

Trippy having the two call each other by their real-life names while behaving like the Golden Girls characters. And all the neat people Bea might meet? Well how does any of that hold a candle to being a bartender at a Star Wars cantina? And meeting all those people?
