The first game confused me. When Chaos Angel targeted Lady, and Arias chained to set a trap, that means there was a set trap on the field by the time Chaos Angel resolved. Lady should no longer have been targetable. Am I just confused? Am I wrong? Did the game glitch?
There wasn't a glitch. The action to target already occurred. She couldn't be targeted by additional effects _afterwards,_ but it wouldn't cancel out her being targeted before the trap was set.

You can't Target Lady if you have trap but it was already targeted before he set up the trap. so yeah you're just confuse
