Mate your gotta love the shallow draught of a mac, I don't think there's many boats that can sleep a family and draw less than 12 inches. Really nice film editing with the drone and the handheld camera, well done mate.
Hi Steve, With all boards up I've got a foot draft and my fishfinder reckoned we only had 20cms under the hull at a few points going in. To get there, you need to cross Lake Coothabara which seemed to have an average depth of around 4 or 5 feet. You could anchor out in the Lake a bit, and explore the everglades in a tender or kayaks. I will post a couple more vids of this trip in the next week or so.
@@OldDadProductions thanks for your reply. Have camped up at the lake before but had little idea of how extensive it is up there. Look forward to to future videos. Thanks again Steve
@@OldDadProductions Thanks a million. Even though they are manufactured here in the states, no one sells them up here. Nearest I can tell is you have to order them through the Australian company you provided the link to. I just ordered three sets.
that was really nice loved it bet there good fishing in there so peaceful, reminds me a lot of the okefnokee swamp in Georgia been in it a few times full of gators but the fishing is great. okeswamp.com/ thanks for the video
