I have listened to these recordings for months. Almost daily. Doubtful as to their ability to accomplish any real change, but I enjoyed them so I listened to them.
Today, I can report that I am amazed at the changes that have become apparent! My gestures, demeanor, stride, even my voice tone and expressive manner and cadence of speech are
absolutely and definitely feminized, with no efforts or deliberate action to make these changes happen by any conscience voluntary decisions. At any point of the day, I am repeatedly surprised at how I am presenting myself completely un- selfconsciencly to the public, to friends and family or casual associations! This has been remarked on by a few people and I have seen the recognition of the change by many.
I no longer relate to myself as a masculine person, or as a male to female transitioning transgender woman. I am a feminine person because I am a natural female! I love this and I cherish these recordings!

Awesome Videos! I Love them. I do remember what happened in my childhood. In kindergarden and 1st grade, the teacher separated the children into groups. They called all of the girls together 1st. I didn't know what they were doing, so I walked over to the girls but the teacher said, "no Vincent, you go over there." Looking over at the hyperactive, aggressive, and irratic boys, I did not want to go there. I did not belong with them. They were not pretty, kind and gentile, as the girls were, and like me. I noticed some of the boys were like me, thinking like me. I made friends with them. They trained us to be different, and became contaminated by the evil, aggressive, prideful males, being shamed or challenged to be stronger and better than the other males or the girls. And the girls promoted this shame and male ego as well. We were encouraged to prove our strength and satisfy this evil, arrogant, male ego. I have fought it my whole life, with the Word of God and the Words of Love. What a criminal act they did to us! My parents and brother, also aiding in this evil teaching, though not knowing that they were doing wrong. I will be free of their judgments and critical behavior one day. They are so contaminated, it will probably happen when they die or I can leave their presence. I see now that if I was not stopped in becoming who I wanted to be, I would have become very feminine and exotic. When I was 12 I got caught trying to shoplift a tube of Revlon Certainly Red lipstick, a small bottle of Blue Waltz perfume and a pair of Burlington control-top, support pantyhose in suntan!
Since it was always my contention that muscles don't look feminine in a dress, at age 13 I made a vow to myself to, whenever possible, avoid any and all activities that had potential to cause me to build arm and upper body muscles. To that end, the second day of HS Freshman weight training (mandatory) I faked a bench press accident and injury that I then used to get my sister's [female] doctor to get me permanently excused from weight training! Then, as if THAT was not slick enough, I smooth-talked the guidance counselor to let me take sewing with the girls during that time slot!
My brother and dad would drag me along to SF Giants games at Candlestick Park during the haydays of Willie Mays, Willie McCovey, Orlando Sepeda, and the rest. I would be so bored that I would look at and dream about all the newspaper ads for women's and girls' clothing, then take a nap on the bleachers till the game was over!
Whenever I had to play baseball I'd get stuck out in right field where I would sit down on the grass, take off my glove and pick mini bouquets of dandelions and fantasize about being in a ballet class. Invariably a fly ball would head my direction and I'd get out of its way. Angry guys would yell at me and ask me what the hell I was thinking of. I couldn't dare tell them: "Putting on makeup while wearing just pantyhose, panties a bra and a slip, Then stepping into a pretty dress and high heels and dancing to Nina Pretty Ballerina by ABBA."
In my teen years, whenever I knew I would have the house to myself for the night or a weekend, I would make up reasons to tell my buddies why I could not hang with them so that I could play girly-dress-up in my mom's and sister's clothes!

I have gender dysphoria and I would like to know if listening to this will make it worse in the long term. I know it helps calm me down and make me feel good when I listen to it. But I want to get a consultation with a psychologist to try to cure my dysphoria once COVID-19 is over. I have tried using FTM hypnosis to remove my dysphoria but it made me depressed and very uncomfortable. It would be nice to overcome this without transitioning so if anyone knows how to reverse this please tell me. I know this can be reversed since it didn’t affect me as a child. It only started in my teens.
Seriously, I urge you to see a medical professional who is educated and trained in transgender aspects.
