Im glad someone else mentioned that play. It is a play that i believe will NEVER replicated, and i feel blessed to have witnessed that amazing feat of athleticism.
The Lynn Swann catch was in Super Bowl 10, played in January 1976. The Steelers came from down 10-7 to win 21-17 against the Cowboys. Swann spoke about taking ballet lessons to improve his balance and dexterity.
That didn't have the greatest catch I've ever seen, David Tyree's catch in the Super Bowl. He pinned the ball to his helmet with one hand while being hit and contested by a defender, incredible. Check it out.
How is the original uploader gonna have "most athletic plays of all time" as the title and only have one Polamalu play? The man could have filled the length of this video with the athletic plays he made. He redefined the Strong Safety position.
Are the highlights are a few years old? Justin Jefferson's catch against the Bills would definitely qualify as one of the most athletic plays of all time. I would love it if you reacted to the 2022 Game 10 highlights of the Vikings-Bills game, it was amazing!
8:48 lay on you stomach.. with 1 shove (dont leave your hands on the ground for leverage after the push) push yourself up to your feet. Not many people can do it
ya not every body can be a Fran Tarkenton From peewee to pro he missed only one game do to a broken arm Dick Butkus said in an interview that Fran was the only person he ever hit while playing football he did not enjoy doing so. Dick said hit franc was like running into a steel girder.

2 Vick plays, both with Falcons, 1 Barry Sanders, 0 Randall Cunningham. Too much recency bias.

Yall should watch the NFL Biggest freaks of nature. It's a few years old but it's a good one.
I read that Vicks cleats were customized with "mirrors" in them because he wanted the defense see themselves chasing him.

Many years ago they used pine tar and there were rules when receivers used too much. Some even smeared it on their uniforms.
Lynn Swann has said many times that he took ballet in the off season to maintain his flexibility.
