These two had a life of breakthroughs in statistical physics and quantum field theory. It is really hard to stress enough how important their contributions are to modern physics. Anyone in theoretical physics hear their names on an almost daily basis. Honestly just open their arxiv pages and browse through it there are so many important works that it's hard to point out. For Zamolodchikov there are some books of collected works from his early career and those papers are not available anywhere else.
But anyway, if you want some recomendations on most important papers, etc let me know i can point you out to some of them.
