BiteSize Bioinformatics: Experimenting with JupyterLab

An introduction to the web-based interactive development environment for Jupyter Notebooks, code and data. JupyterLab has grown in popularity in recent years and is now used by many researchers to analyse data and present results. This talk gives a brief introduction to some of the main features of the tool to show how JupyterLab may help you with your research. Although JupyterLab is compatible with several programming languages, this talk focuses on Python.
