Wow. Just wow.
As far as the tunnel dispute goes i think the beef was between some zealous young guys wanting to expand 770 and the chabad community leadership who didnt know about the tunnels. There is a Talkline w Zev Brenner i am planning to watch about the dispute.
As far as NYC and other cities are doing, i almost wonder if this is intentional crapification. They want to give out debit cards to migrants when locals re struggling. What is happening???
