No one understands a togue unless interpreted!. This is the very problem that the Apostle is addressing. If anyone speaks and no one is able to understand s, he is speaking mysteries only the Spirit can understand. And so he is arguing Corinthian believers not to speak mysteries but to speak the language that can be understood by all or to interpret it so that the language can serve its purpose to the church.
