Thank you sir. This is a very well done instructional video. I always thought of these patterns as being constructed with machine precision (no variations at all). I love how this hand/ruler drawn method has slight variations that are pulled into unity. The lovely presence of the human touch remains but is almost not even perceivable. Great job sir! Ah! I need to try this pattern with the 2 inch base. I've been using my ruler width which is 1.5 inch and becomes quite busy. The 2 inch feels a bit calmer. It has more room to shine... Finish my current project first though. I enjoy stitching the Asano-ha pattern so much. Each phase is so satisfying. And long lines are a joy to stitch.
